The estate is run by Philippe Gendron, who continues a family tradition dating back to 1792. The estate's vines are often old, some dating back to 1912. Wine at the Mabileau's is a family affair. The two grandfathers were already producers in the Loire Valley. He works exclusively with the king grape variety of the region, Cabernet Franc (locally called "Breton"). Domaine LECOMTE is a vineyard located in Farges-en-Septaine. With 13 hectares of vines, it produces quality wines from the Quincy and Châteaumeillant appellations. The domaine acquired 3 hectares of vines in Châteaumeillant in 2010, enabling it to produce its first vintage of Châteaumeillant, which has now been awarded the appellation.

Like many estates in the region, this one has a long and rich history. Four generations of winemakers have succeeded one another. Since June 2018, the Maison des Vins de Bourgueil has opened its second address at the foot of the Château de Langeais and offers 12 wines for tasting with a wide choice of vintages among 180 references. You can find: light and fruity "gravel" wines, more complex and racy "tuffeau" or "garde" wines and rosé wines. Throughout the summer, fun activities are planned for a better discovery of the terroirs and wines in a convivial atmosphere.

The Amirault family and the Clos des Quarterons, it's a family story that has been going on for over 180 years! A know-how that has been passed on for 6 generations. Today, Agnès, Xavier and Thierry open the doors of the Clos des Quarterons on about thirty hectares, to discover the estate, their grape varieties (mainly Cabernet Franc), their wines (red, white and fine bubbles) and their cultivation method: biodynamic viticulture.

The estate's 8 hectares are spread out over the communes of Luynes and Fondettes, overlooking the Loire, whose different geological characteristics complement each other well. Timothée Delalle cultivates his vines with respect for the winemaker's craft. He offers a selection of wines, including Le Four Blanc, Le Haut Repos and Le Moulin Doré. Come and discover a beer brewed in the old center of Chinon, using Touraine water, French malts and hops from around the world. Since 1991, this farm has developed the vineyard on 20 ha of steep and fallow land forming part of the sancerre appellation and 3 ha in menetou-lounge. Thanks to this "locavore cellar-grocery", we discover that along the 1,000 km that make up the Loire, the terroirs are varied. François guides us through the specialties of yesteryear and original creations based on local products. Mushroom spreads from Montsoreau, fish terrines from the Loire, honey from the black bees of Sologne... And of course wines, with an original selection of vintages from unknown grape varieties. The area of Old Plum covers about 65% hectares in sancerre, on slopes sometimes reaching: 7 ha planted with sauvignon (calcareous soils) and 3 ha of Pinot noir (clay-clay soils). The Guérin family has been cultivating its vines with the same passion for ten generations. Planted on the hillside, the 2 ha of vines grow on white soils called clay-limestone soils, facing due south, benefiting from maximum sunshine. The vinification, always in accordance with tradition, is carried out at the estate. The king grape variety, sauvignon, flourishes on its land and offers a dry and fruity white wine with citrus fruit aromas, with a very present grape taste.

This organically managed vineyard is located on the birthplace of Rabelais. With a natural clarification of the wine and vintages aged in barrels and not filtered, the red, white, rosé and sparkling wines are an exact reflection of the terroir. The cellars where the wines are stored provided tufa stone that was used in the construction of great monuments in the region. The Domaine Jean-Marc and Mathieu Crochet is a question of passion, a beautiful family history that has lasted since the 16th century, allowing the creation of remarkable vintages. The estate covers 10 hectares of white Sancerre and 2 hectares of red and rosé Sancerre. Cuvée M is aged for 9 months in oak barrels, which gives it roundness and power. Does this mean that a tasting needs words to express all the flavours being discovered?

Family business for a century. Millet cultivate 20 ha of south-west south-west vineyards, of which 16 ha are planted with sauvignon on limestone and white land, and 4 ha of Pinot noir (clay-clay soils). The whites are vinified in stainless steel tanks; the reds, after 10 to 14 days of fermentation, are high in stainless steel tanks for 9 to 12 months.
