Since 1991, this farm has developed the vineyard on 20 ha of steep and fallow land forming part of the sancerre appellation and 3 ha in menetou-lounge. The vineyards of the domain are present on the three large sancerrois soils. The land, which is very representative of the typical and the diversity of the vineyard, is distributed at 10% on silex, 50% on caillottes and 40% on white land, allowing assemblies of great complexity and elegant subtlety. The result is eight vintages for four whites, three reds and one rosé.
