Some one hundred winegrowers spread over 15 communes created the Cave Coopérative 52 years ago. Today, it combines traditional winemaking with modern techniques, with a fully automated bottling line. The wines are monitored and blended with the utmost rigor and quality. You'll find white and red Sancerre wines here, as well as other Loire wines such as Pouilly-Fumé, Quincy and Menetou-Salon. C'est une cave où on peut goûter gratuitement différents vins avant de les acheter. C'est un groupement de producteurs de la région, le choix est varié , le rapport qualité prix est très bon. J'y reviendrai la prochaine fois que je passerai à Sancerre.
