Some one hundred winegrowers spread over 15 communes created the Cave Coopérative 52 years ago. Today, it combines traditional winemaking with modern techniques, with a fully automated bottling line. The wines are monitored and blended with the utmost rigor and quality. You'll find white and red Sancerre wines here, as well as other Loire wines such as Pouilly-Fumé, Quincy and Menetou-Salon.
