You won't be disappointed to discover this place dedicated to the good wines of Chinon! Visit this former troglodyte quarry converted into an ageing cellar. The best terroirs of the appellation are produced here: chinon, savigny-en-véron, beaumont-en-véron, ligré... More than 700 barrels and tens of thousands of bottles of the greatest vintages. You will find very famous wines: different estates are grouped together to select their finest products. In summer, remember to take a warm garment for the visit!

Un vieux souvenir avec Michel Fontaine
Debouché ce midi à La Rochelle, un Domaine de l'Abbaye de 2000....je n'y croyait pas trop compte tenu des années et les déplacements. Belle surprise: évidemment son âge, mais bien gardé. Bouchon impeccable. Reste 2/3 bouteilles pour l'anecdote et le bon souvenir.
