Chef Nicolas Gaulandeau, well known to the locals, offers gastronomic cuisine based on local produce, which is elegantly displayed on the plate. Nicolas' motto is "gatherer, fisherman, hunter". A short, high-quality menu featuring local producers (most of them organic) and a fine wine list from the Loire Valley and the rest of France. Service is pleasant and efficient. Nice terrace on the square in fine weather. Worth a visit!
