A friendly restaurant with a rustic setting, offering simple cuisine and inviting you to taste the fouées, one of the local specialties.

Dédé is a personality of the city. Friendly and funny, he is always happy to welcome locals and visitors in search of one of the local specialties: fouées. These little oven-baked bread balls are filled with goat cheese, Chinon wine confit, rillettes or snail butter. A glass of wine is served with the meal and a winegrower's pie is served at the end.
