The Sancerroise Brewery is a family affair: for 15 years, the Dumas family has produced and marketed its artisanal beer. We had to find a variant to the vine that could, from time to time, unravel the gossip… It was in this corner of Berry, a great producer of brewery, that she was born with priesthood respecting the old brassico traditions. This small isolated vineyard located 35 km south of Bourges was planted at the initiative of a group of farmers. After a rich past, more than 200 ha in 1900, and a total extinction in the seventies, it is reborn today thanks to the determination. Originally, Venesmes was known mainly for its Sauvignon. This heritage has been beneficial to the new group, aware of the potential of its land for this white. Planting of Sauvignon was therefore 3,5 ha, the first in 1997. The rest is planted in Pinot Noir and some gamay. The first harvest took place in 2000. Sold in wine Country of the Cher to 25 € the six whites and 27 € the six reds, it is a wine of pleasant thirst. Bernard and Michel Rousseau took over the torch of this family, which grew the vine from father to son for 4 generations. With Les Vins vivants, natural wines come to you, from fairs to markets, from tastings to conferences, in bottles or bag in box, around the Brenne, in an area between Châteauroux, Poitiers, Montmorillon and Châtellerault, and occasionally in the Paris region, in the Finistère, in Bordeaux or even in Brussels

The estate, run by Georges Brunet and his son Nicolas, covers 13 hectares of vines on the first slope of Vouvray. The company's watchwords are respect for the vines and the environment. The vines are cultivated using sustainable methods and harvested by hand. We invite you to follow the galleries and discover the tuffeau cellars that protect no less than 80,000 bottles of great Vouvray wines: traditional method, sparkling or still.

This small brewery, created in 2000, produces a wide range of beers: white, blond, amber and brown. Many have been rewarded: The Sancerroise with the Berry green lentil received the bronze medal in 2004 at the general agricultural competition, the Rose Blanche received the gold medal at the Lyon 2015 International Competition, as did the Sancerroise at the Gruyt. The latter is a dark beer with spices, according to a medieval recipe. You will also find beer jelly or Sancerre wine confit in the shop. Two bottle sizes are available, as well as draught beer. The production is traditional, using traditional methods.

The Domaine de La Lande, located on the hillside of Bourgueil, remains a beautiful address for connoisseurs of great wines... This small area of seven hectares is in full renaissance. It is by far: all its vines were grubbed up in 1870, shortly after the outbreak of the phylloxera epidemic which ravaged European vineyards in the th century. It was only in 1991 that the domaine des Grands Elms was replanted by Christophe Gallon, on half a hectare to begin. Today, of the 7 hectares of sandy soil in the property, Sauvignon reigns without sharing. From here, Christophe Bin produces voluntarily young wines, fresh, with grapefruit and flowers aromas, perfect for accompanying some goat cheeses. To follow closely.
