Today, Domaine du Saut au Loup (formerly Domaine Dozon) comprises 14 hectares of vines, grouped around the historic Saut au Loup vineyard in the Chinon appellation area. The name comes from the woods surrounding the parcels, where wolves lived in centuries past. Taken over in 2013 by Eric Santier, the estate has been certified organic since 2023.
