Jean-François Brémaud offers you Touraine specialities such as the "tarte des vignes" (vineyard tart). The homemade chocolates are not to be outdone... And for those who wish to refresh themselves, what could be better than an ice cream with Bourgueil wine. The welcome is friendly and family. ...Created in the 70's by Mr Claude Ancelin, he registered the brand in 1976. Very quickly, this delicious dessert made a reputation for itself in the region!
After having worked several decades for the taste buds of gourmets, he gave up his pretty Bourgueil pastry shop to Mr Fabrice Métry in 1994 who perpetuated the recipe and the know-how.
Since August 1, 2016, I am the new "keeper" to continue to offer you this delicious pastry that makes the happiness and reputation of this establishment.
