Founded in 1860 as Huilerie Boussard and taken over by Ondine Caron and Samuel Dion, Huilerie d'Auron perpetuates traditional know-how. Initially dedicated to walnut oils, it now offers sesame, pumpkin seed, virgin sunflower and extra virgin olive oils. Production follows a traditional method: millstone grinding, pan roasting and hydraulic pressing. Certified organic in 2019 and recognized by the Collège Culinaire de France, the company makes the most of local fruit to offer unique oils that reflect the Berrichon terroir.
