The new managers - Ondine Caron and Samuel Dion - have renamed the old Boussard oil mill but they still produce walnut and hazelnut oil in the same artisanal way since 1860. Individuals can also bring their walnut and hazelnut kernels. You can watch the production live and leave with your own bottle. The Auron oil mill makes pure walnut oil, pure hazelnut oil... It is one of the last three oil mills in the Cher and therefore a curiosity in itself.

Since 2004, the Jacob oil mill has been delighting gourmets with its handcrafted walnut oil. A small family business, it has its own walnut tree plantation and uses its ten years of experience in oil production to produce an oil with character and a distinctive taste.
