Since 2004, the Jacob oil mill has been delighting gourmets with its handcrafted walnut oil. A small family business, it has its own walnut tree plantation and uses its ten years of experience in oil production to produce an oil with character and a distinctive taste. Is it the manufacturing process that respects an ancestral process, the drastic selection of nuts or the kernels that are first crushed before being roasted that give it this incomparable taste?
