Located in the heart of Saint-Martin, l'Urbaine is an artisanal micro-brewery in Brest created by Julien Plégades. The establishment wants to be a place of creation and production of artisanal beers in an eco-responsible spirit. L'Urbaine offers organic beers made with passion! The Stoner, a blonde Pale Ale, for example, is distributed in bars, restaurants and wine shops. There is a market every day in Saint-Malo, each in a different part of the city. The Monday market is located in Rocabey and spreads out over the main square and the market hall. This market also takes place on Thursday. On Tuesday, you have an appointment in the district of Saint-Servan, in the halls. That same day, there is the one inIntramuros, rue de la Herse. Son of the famous pastry chef Louis Le Roux, chocolatier Henri Le Roux apprenticed in his father's patisserie before leaving to study in Switzerland. In 1977, he founded Maison Le Roux, which has been offering refined specialties ever since, including the famous caramels and chocolates in bars, singles and boxes. In 2021, for the^5th year running, he was voted one of France's 15 "Incontournables" chocolatiers by the Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat.

The Bescond family has been involved in oyster farming for over 60 years. Located on the Aber Benoît and Aber Wrac'h, the oyster beds are visible at low tide and extend over seven hectares. The tanks offer a wide range of seafood: clams, oysters, periwinkles, lobsters and more. And, of course, the fleshy, tasty mussels, bred on ropes in the open sea. This type of farming, unique in the Abers region, produces firm, non-milky oysters, for which the Beg Ar Vill fishponds ("pebble point"in Breton) are renowned.

Rodolphe honors buckwheat in his workshop dedicated to galettes, crêpes and all the chef's inventions. His passion can be seen as he turns his beautiful specialties before the eyes of his customers. With Jérôme's help, he produces 340 galettes or crêpes per hour: they meet with a well-deserved success and are quickly eaten. La Cale aux épices is one of those nuggets that Le Petit Futé likes to recommend. The little sister of the Paimpol den created by globetrotter Christophe Lemaire, this welcoming Morbihan stall opened in 2018 offers no less than 85 peppers and berries, 55 spices, 15 curries, 40 blends, some 20 varieties of chillies, exotic and precious condiments... All exclusively sourced from human-scale plantations in Asia and Africa, all visited at home. An immobile voyage to the four corners of the world, to delight your eyes and delight your taste buds.

In homage to his grandmother, who had opened her grocery store here in... 1919, Hervé Maugendre launched his grocery store where a tasty mix of heritage, conviviality, local products and delicious sweets are found. Discover products, mostly from Brittany, such as Bogd'Or chestnut whisky, guava jams from the Cour d'Orgères, spreads from the Bernard Marot workshop and coffee from a Brocéliande roaster... Gérald, three-time world champion windsurfer, is passionate about the maritime world and beer brewing. It was therefore natural that he wanted to set up his brewery on the quays of Brest, at the marina. The first beer brewed, a light lager, is, as will be the following ones, artisanal and organic. As for the partners of the brewery, they are local and supportive. In short, a port beer, made to federate and transmit the taste of the open sea! The wager is successful: a real pleasure! Born in 2016, the "brewery of the tontons" is the fruit of the adventures and desires of its three founders: Mathieu, Benoît and Benjamin. In an old boathouse, the beers (of Anglo-Saxon inspiration) are produced from about fifteen hops and a dozen barley and wheat malts. They have a fruity taste, with citrus and pine aromas, and a pleasant bitterness. Their Tagarin Ale, Blanche IPA, Witbier, Stout Toujours and IPA can also be found in several local wineries and bars. The tours are fun and informative!

Since 1989, this cellar located in the center of Perros selects good wines from different French wine regions. The wines are well classified, by region. One also discovers a selection of small prices and delicatessen products, including a corner reserved for Breton products. With, in particular, rum babas from Saint-Malo, organic ciders from P'tit Fausset and the cider factory of Léguer, the Fine de Bretagne, beers from 7 regional craft breweries, good products from the canning factory of Groix island... The team is always of good advice.

Located on the beach road, Les Délices du Fort-Bloqué offers a wide choice of galettes and palets in a variety of flavors (salted butter caramel, raspberry...). Taken over in 2023 by Vincent Briend, a passionate wine merchant for 15 years, "La Cave du Vincin" specializes in natural, organic and biodynamic wines. It also offers a fine range of spirits, rare whiskies, agricultural and traditional rums and regional beers. In addition to its classic sales activity, since September 2023 the house has been organizing tasting evenings by prior arrangement. A golden opportunity to discover the 1001 references of this completely renovated cellar, which also offers a delicatessen section and local fruit juices.

Four years after her shop at Les Halles, Véronique Cauvin opened a store at Place Lyautey in 2019. Here as there, same principle, same passion: to highlight local producers. Among about 250 ripened cheeses, she proposes the Tomme with seaweed from Finistère, the Tome of Rhuys or the goats of Kerlebik. The fans of Comté cheese will not be outdone, as well as the amateurs of truffled Brie. Impossible to mention them all, the best is to go there!

Created in 1947, the Arin family's Ferme Marine grows three types of oysters: the Kerarzic, fine and iodized, the Bréhat, more fleshy and less iodized, and the Saint-Riom. The oyster bar, open when the weather's fine, offers the chance to sit facing the sea and enjoy an oyster tasting accompanied by a glass of wine. Clams, rillettes de la mer, local beers and ice creams complete the menu. The Arin family runs another oyster bar in Lézardrieux, on the Trieux estuary, as well as in Pleubian, opposite the Sillon de Talbert.

After having traveled for a long time through the Andalusian lands, Simon Le Gal opened his delicatessen in 2016, in Arradon. Concerned about the authenticity of his products, he offers cheeses, cold cuts, dry canned fish and seafood, directly from Spanish producers, who are small family businesses attached to their land, whose ethics he shares and now friendship. Also to be discovered, a wide variety of olive oils and wines of character. Many of the references have the organic label and are without additives or gluten.

Pastry chef, Maelig Georgelin invites you to succumb to temptation in his store in Auray, all in anise green and wood. Among the house creations, the Breizh mille-feuille, selected among the fifteen best in France by Le Monde, the Breizh Saint-Honoré praised by Cyril Lignac (buckwheat crunch, caramel cake with roasted apples Tatin style, apple ganache and caramel cabbage) or the Saint-Goustan (Breton shortbread and puff pastry crunch, compote of Saint-Goustan strawberries, vanilla supreme and wild strawberry ganache).

Oyster farmer Paul Le Berrigaud and his wife Marie created Les Belles d'Irus in 2016. The site boasts a vast terre-plein overlooking the sumptuous spectacle of the currents stirred up by the Gulf. A tasting area welcomes around fifty guests, who will be honoring their local produce, starting with the star, the belle d'Irus, not forgetting oysters, clams, periwinkles, homemade tuna mousse and charcuterie boards. On-site tasting and pure sea breeze.

Mathieu is an independent wine merchant who knows how to find you good little bottles off the beaten track. This nice cellar in Saint-Lunaire offers a nice selection of wines, champagne and spirits. The reception is very professional and Mathieu takes the time to listen and to guide the faithful customers as well as those of passage. We really appreciate this small cellar which has all the features of a big one, and the kindness of the reception. A refrigerated cellar allows you to take bottles at the right temperature for immediate tasting.

Ah, the cracker! How good it is and how greedy are those of the Bay and the Black Cat. This medieval specialty is available with salted butter caramel, chocolate chips, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, herbs of Provence... There is something for everyone and gourmets know this address well. For the Bretons or those who wish to discover a crunchy speciality: mini or maxi and especially to spread, cold or hot!

If Coin Mousse is a beer bar, it's also a beer cellar. Some 120 French craft beers are on offer. After visiting some sixty brewers in France, Nicolas and Anne-So brought back their hand-picked selection. Among the Breton breweries are Tri Martolod, Touken, Menez ar Breizh and Skumenn. In October 2023, Christelle and Denis took over from the shop's creator, Typhenn. Motivated to offer eco-responsible gift baskets and new local delicatessen references, they intend to preserve the original spirit, in particular the collection of around a hundred cheeses. Here, the emphasis is on short circuits: honey from Tremblay, cheeses from Mellé, eggs from La Bazouge-du-Désert, beers from Saint-Ouen-la-Rouërie, vegetables from Montours, wines, teas and herbal teas, apple juice... It will soon be 10 years since the Skumenn ("Écume" in Breton) craft brewery began supplying the people of Rennes with its aromatic, organic beers. What a journey it's been since childhood friends Thomas Cléraux and Stéphane Le Boucher were brewing in their garage! The Brewpub, with its direct view over the large vats of the production workshop, is a great place to come for an afterwork, to listen to a punk concert or Irish music. The atmosphere is warm and inviting: antique furniture, velvet banquettes, rugs on the floor with an indus' spirit that we love. La Crevette Bleue is a responsible, committed and sustainable project initiated by Jean-Marie, a lover of the sea. His objective: to offer products from local, seasonal fishing that respects nature. He has brought together a network of artisanal fishermen who use ethical methods, whether by trap, line, net or diving, an approach that guarantees the preservation of marine ecosystems. Fish, shellfish and crustaceans can be purchased fresh, vacuum-packed, smoked or in prepared dishes, such as mackerel rillettes with preserved lemon, octopus rougail and far noir, or traditional Bretonne-style scallops! When two beer-loving friends decided to make a living from their passion, the result was Dourennan: a craft beer cellar on Rue Victor Hugo. More than 150 references are on offer, from local and regional breweries as well as from Belgium and elsewhere. Dourennan means "to hydrate, to salivate" in Breton. The establishment lives up to its name, with the two partners enthusiastically passing on their taste for hops. And because there's no substitute for tasting, a dedicated space is available for afterworks and workshops. We enjoy our beers, accompanied by charcuterie and vegetarian spreads. Épis en folie was born of a challenge set by Anne-Sophie and Laurent: to make farmhouse, artisanal, local pasta... from soft wheat! In Irvillac, the couple passionately grow their organic wheat, harvest it and then transform it in their laboratory, a former dairy. Five recipes have been created: Coquinouilles (coquillettes), Déferlantes (conchiglionis), Frisettes (tortis), Pépinettes (risonis) and Coiffes bigoud (macaroni). Xavier is a passionate guy who fell in tiny. This winery, originally laid, sells wines of producers, name or countries from all wine-growing France. He himself chooses his suppliers and his favourites are located in the south of France. For the record, the production line was originally located under the bakery in Mont-Saint-Michel. You'll find a wide choice of sweet products: galettes, palets, sablés, cookies, chocolate cookies, confectionery, chocolates and caramels... As well as local products: cider, pommé, seafood... Unbeatable prices!

Charles Julien is a beekeeper and takes over the family tradition that has been present for three generations. He is a true honey professional who loves bees. His farm sells directly honey (all flowers, chestnut, ivy, buckwheat...), royal jelly, propolis and pollen. To preserve the bees, sentinels of the environment, support the beekeepers by eating and offering honey. You can taste Charles' honey at the markets and it can also be found in various sales outlets in the region.

A local artisanal specialty since 1928, Val lollipops now come in 50 flavors: salted butter, pomme d'amour, speculoos, yuzu... Baked the old-fashioned way in copper basins, shaped by hand and chisel as in the past, the lollipops are now made in the workshop-boutique in the port of Dahouët, from where you can also observe the production process. The company also makes and sells a variety of delicious Breton cakes and handcrafted kouign-amanns.

The origin of this goat farm goes back to 1976. Today, the GAEC de la ferme de Ma Vallée is a farm organized in sustainable agriculture. It consists of a farm of 280 dairy goats and 100 meat sheep. All the goat's milk production is processed on the farm (which represents about 230,000 litres!) and sold in no less than 60 sales outlets. It is the raw goat's milk that is transformed into farmhouse cheeses according to traditional methods into Bûchettes, Crottins, Pyramides or Lingots.

You can find the farm cheeses made from raw milk on the markets of Erquy, Lamballe, Saint-Cast-l'Isle, in many delicatessens and cheese shops in Brittany and in direct sales at the farm. This conversion of a dairy farm into a cheese factory to process milk is a family adventure. For two generations now, the business has been developing successfully. Taste their emblematic Darley, with uncooked pressed paste and washed rind, matured for 2 months in the cellar. Delicious, just like the rest of the cheeses!

Jars bursting with Turkish delight and olives, large moussaka dishes, a pot in which stuffed peppers are simmering... here we are under the olive trees! Agob, who has been present at Les Halles for seven years, welcomes us generously and introduces us to his cuisine with Greek and Mediterranean influences (he is of Armenian origin). We let ourselves be tempted by the gratin of his invention, Agob's gratin, as he calls it with a smile. A young chocolatier in his thirties, Jérémy Thierry is recognized by his peers. In the autumn of 2023, at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris, he received the Award des Alliances and the Tablette d'Or.
