The farm has its own cutting laboratory. The artisanal products are sold directly at the farm in season from Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 12pm and from 5pm to 7pm. Out of season, you will find Marie-France and Christian Riou, the artisan butchers on the market of Pleubian on Saturday morning and on the square of the village of Armor-Pleubian on Thursday.

Since 2012, Jégat oysters have won five gold and silver medals at the Salon de l'Agriculture, a sign that quality takes precedence and high standards pay off.
