Laurent Le Daniel is a master pastry chef and best worker in France since 1997. In each of his five addresses, you will discover delights with local flavors (the Heart of Brittany is a best-seller) or exotic, chocolate or fruit flavors. Le Daniel's pastries are micro-architectures that combine various textures: fondant, mousse and crunch to create beautiful associations in the mouth. We also love the grand cru chocolate bonbons and the different flavors of macaroons. A house that also cares about its ecological footprint.
