Laurent Le Daniel is a master pastry chef and best worker in France since 1997. In each of his 5 addresses, you will discover delights with local flavours (the Heart of Brittany is a best-seller) or exotic, chocolate or fruit flavours. Le Daniel pastries are micro-architectures that combine aesthetics and architecture with various textures: fondant, mousse and crunchy to create beautiful associations in the mouth. We also fall for the grand cru chocolate sweets. A house that also cares about its ecological footprint.
