Oyster farmer Paul Le Berrigaud and his wife Marie created Les Belles d'Irus in 2016. The site boasts a vast terre-plein overlooking the sumptuous spectacle of the currents stirred up by the Gulf. A tasting area welcomes around fifty guests, who will be honoring their local produce, starting with the star, the belle d'Irus, not forgetting oysters, clams, periwinkles, homemade tuna mousse and charcuterie boards. On-site tasting and pure sea breeze.

Low season: open Fridays, 11:30am to 2pm and 6pm to 10pm; weekends, 11:30am to 2pm. High season: Mondays and Tuesdays, 6pm to 10pm; Wednesdays to Sundays, 11:30am to 2pm and 6pm to 10pm. Open Sundays. On-site tasting and takeaway from April 2024. Terrace available for private events. Takeaway €6 per dozen, on site €10.50 for 6 oysters and a glass of wine.
