Recently renovated, this window boutique, described as "macaron heaven", invites you to sample this so chic delicacy, which Pierre Morel has been playing with since 2012. In the freshness of his boutique, you'll find macarons with flavors that are sometimes classic, sometimes original, like the one combining lychee, rose and raspberry, and certainly of great finesse. As Brittany obliges, salted butter caramel has its place in a recipe where it is king, and in another where it shares the limelight with chocolate. Be careful, not a crumb will be left!
