Rodolphe honors buckwheat in his workshop dedicated to galettes, crêpes and all the chef's inventions. His passion can be seen as he turns his beautiful specialties before the eyes of his customers. With Jérôme's help, he produces 340 galettes or crêpes per hour: they meet with a well-deserved success and are quickly eaten. The store also hosts a nice grocery-cellar corner with high quality products: 14 references of Breton artisanal ciders, Naguelann, Lenaïck Lemaître's Breton whisky, flour, pancake-making utensils...
