Ingrid and Pierre-Yves Mareaux raise and transform poultry, pigs and ducks on their farm in Huet, Pabu, which they have raised and fed with cereals grown on the spot! They then sell their products at the farm and on the local markets all week (Pontrieux, Paimpol, Lannion, Guingamp, Ploubazlannec, Lanvollon, Penvennan, Ploubezre, Morlaix). Among the products offered are rillettes, confits, gizzards, duck breast... and foie gras. It is sold in slices, in fresh or preserved jars.

Nous avons fait appel à la ferme de Max pour notre retour de mariage : cochon grillé cuit sur place au feu de bois, accompagné de pommes de terre rôties. Tout était parfait et délicieux, nous nous sommes régalés et nos convives aussi !
