This small restaurant offers delicious and very hearty dishes of the day that you can accompany with a glass of wine. We find traditional Chilean specialties based on seafood, fish and mutton. Of course, the famous curanto is also present as well as the paila marina with chilli sauce.The portions are particularly pantagruelic: in the kitchen, for sure, you don't go with the back of the spoon, and you can frankly share a dish for two. Ceviche, lamb, risotto, salmon tartar... everything is delicious, especially the Merluza Austral (hake) and the chocolate mousse with dulce de leche. Finally, we appreciate the warm decoration with ethnic accents. A tasty cuisine at a reasonable price.

We highly recommend the camarones al pil pil, the fish soup and the ceviche of course, absolutely tasty. With a pisco sour as a starter, it's all done! Otherwise, try the natural juices, very fresh, based on passion fruit. It's fresh and delicious. The service is very pleasant and provided by a Chilean owner who was married to a Rapa Nui for a long time. An excellent discovery.

Paola and Osvaldo used to sell their empanadas by bicycle in Bahía Inglesa in 1994. Established in the 1980s by the Olivares-Urbina family, the establishment offers cheap prices and tasty food. Here, the typical Chilean cuisine meets the products of the sea, and attention the plates do not miss freshness! Here, the cooking is local and it is the grandfather of the family, José, who initiated the tradition by going to fish and seafood early in the morning... and the tradition has never been lost.

A nice find, although the restaurant is not necessarily easy to find. We come there to taste delicious preparations while enjoying the sunset, once again simply magical... Offers a lot of fishes like ceviche - we talk about the best of the island, tuna or matahuira with sweet potato, served in big shells. Most of the dishes are accompanied by richly flavoured sauces (including an excellent soy and honey sauce). The prices are relatively low for this address which we recommend 100%.

This is the story of a group of friends from Puerto Montt who decided to open a restaurant in Valpo. They renovated this old house and offer typical southern dishes, especially sea food. To recommend in season: the ceviche of locos and shrimps, the levanta muertos ("dead-raiser" or remedy against the "hangover"), a soup based on seafood, smoked pork, fish and vegetables, or the curanto for two (well for three, in fact). Casual atmosphere, hence the sometimes slow service. But the food is really good!
