From the website, you can place your group orders with local producers and craftsmen selected for the week, and every Wednesday, we harvest our "honey" at the relay point animated by the sparkling Virginie Binet. Now that's a good idea! It's been decades since the Démogé passage, the city's first shopping mall in 1957, has been deserted or closed. We are delighted that it has finally found a second life (even if the passage only exists in name), and moreover with a grocery store with the values we like to defend: priority to local products (Meuh Cola for example), to seasonal products, and to fair trade. All organic, of course! Fresh fruit and vegetables, bulk food, but also cleaning products and cosmetics.

The adventure of Bérengère and Eric began in 2007. Their vines are growing in Gevingey. Organic since 2012, the estate cultivates chardonnay, savagnin, pinot noir and poulsard. All the vintages are single-variety and from vines over 35 years old. The duo favours fruity and fresh wines. The winemaking is done by Eric. He keeps the fermentation at a low temperature, to respect the balance of sugar, acidity and alcohol. The crémant regularly matures for more than 20 months on laths. The liqueur wine is only made with "fine", not marc.

Ghislaine, Christian and Joël Boname offer you their homemade preserves, and more than 20 types of jams, farm chickens, rillettes, pâtés and ready-made meals. Everything is made here, in their farm of Villiers-sur-Tholon, and in the respect of the traditions. You will also be able to discover their free-range hens, fed with cereals grown here. In short, it is impossible to eat more locally! Note that the Boname are also present every week on the markets of Auxerre, Toucy and Chablis.

At the Brûlerie de la Risle, you will find all sorts of coffees, which you can see being roasted every Monday and Friday morning, but also loose tea and unusual sweets such as golden grapes with Sauternes or tasty chocolates in powder or tablet form. The shop also offers cosmetics, including soaps from Aleppo and Marseille. A department of objects for the house will also offer you a choice of cups to accompany coffee and tea pots. Situated in the heart of Menilles, this pleasant shop of Normandy local products offers fruits, vegetables, dairy products and a large selection of cheeses direct from the producer. You can also find other very local delicacies such as Cluizel chocolate, beers and beer jams from the Duplessi brewery or cider from the Noés farm. The establishment has set up a drive system to order your products online and pick them up locally. The plus: a vending machine!

Located in the village of Barneville, here is a shop whose name says it all: organic products, and many are local. The choice is extremely vast (just like the shop, spread over a hundred square meters) from fruits and vegetables to pasta, jams and other wonders, teas and herbal teas and even cleaning products. The Bergerie farm - or Ecosite - produces not only meat, but also cereals. Olivier Ranke, who manages the farm, supplements cereal production with a flour mill and bakery. In this way, all production is local. The bakery offers all kinds of organic breads: classic wheat breads or special breadssuch as raisin bread, lentil bread or cheese bread. You can also find other complementary products from the bakery, such as honey.

Sylvie and Sébastien produce a whole range of flours in 500 g and 1 kg bags. In homage to his Mauritian grandmother, Xavier Ricci continues the tradition of preparing organic rhums arrangés. A fair-trade, eco-responsible and environmentally-friendly craft! Every week you receive an order form listing the available vegetables. Place your order no later than Wednesday midnight. It is confirmed by e-mail, depending on the quantities harvested. This small organic and artisanal company is located in the medieval village of Pontaix, overlooking the Drôme. Suzanne Petite and her husband bought this 5 ha estate in 2009. Claude Charbonnier was a pioneer in organic farming 30 years ago and one of the first to obtain the certification. The Clos des Grives, classified as Ecocert, a very strict label, does all its harvesting by hand so that each bunch is sorted. The vinification, in accordance with the standards, is carried out in the cellars of the estate by the cellar master Michel Monnoyeur. Here, all the emblematic productions of the Jura in the Côtes-du-Jura appellation have their place, from Savagnin to Vin Jaune.

Christelle and Gilles Wicky started their wine business in the heat wave of 2003. In search of aromas, the spirit of the land and the fruity taste, they immediately oriented their estate to organic farming. Their 4.50 hectares are certified since 2010. The wines, mainly white Côtes-du-Jura, contain no inputs, no filtration and little or no fining. The yields do not exceed 30 hl/ha. The juices remain in wood for 18 months for the chardonnay, and between 4 and 6 years for the voile wines. Ask to try "Le clos de Jerminy", it is the favourite of our 2 winegrowers.

Evelyne and Pascal Clairet are passionate. They show their profession of winegrower and chose to work their 6 hectares in certified organic culture and in biodynamy. Different grape varieties are represented, all the red and white wines of Arbois are produced, for more or less long maturation. It is possible to discover their wines in the tasting cellar, but also, in summer, at the Bistrot de la Tournelle in their garden. Wrought iron chairs and tables, overlooking the Cuisance, old stones, some tapas to nibble and their wines.

The Bourdy family can boast of being one of the oldest winegrowing families in France, having settled between 1475 and 1500 in this commune, which was owned by the Dukes of Burgundy for a long time. Since then, 15 generations have succeeded one another under the vaults of the 16th century cellars. They also secretly keep the oldest recipe for macvin, the one of the canonesses of Château-Chalon who had copied it on parchment. It contained no less than 25 spices! Since 2010, the farm is certified "biodynamic" (Demeter).

François Rousset-Martin took over his great-grandfather's estate 15 years ago, after graduating in oenology. His 10 hectares, 70% of which are planted with Savagnin, extend over Château-Chalon, and include some of the most highly-rated vineyards: Sous Roche, Puits Saint-Pierre, Clos Bacchus, etc. Having delivered his harvest to the Voiteur cooperative for several seasons, the strong personality of this winegrower could only lead him to work alone. An advocate of organic farming, the professional also takes his inspiration from the lunar calendar, respecting the parcels of land. He has also abandoned filtration and sulphiting.

Au Bon Local lives up to its name. This grocery store offers a large choice of healthy products in an ethical approach. Mainly organic, local and good! A range of products from cheeses to cookies, yoghurts, meats, delicatessen and breads. But also vegetables and fruits in season, drinks and wellness products. A local store that wants to be as close as possible to its suppliers and customers, promoting the reduction of packaging with the sale in bulk; and the short circuit since the products are from a radius of 60 km!

John the Baptist's motto is: "To sow happiness, to reap it... ». Organic vegetable grower from the beginning and baker, you will find in his shop, where the family gardens were located, his seasonal vegetables, the organic fruits of Mr. Laurent and Labbé, his elaborate products such as jams, canistrelli sweetened with white wine or chocolate chips and salted with the flavors of the maquis. Its bakery, with on-site production, uses only sourdough and baking on a wood fire: buckwheat, rye, small spelt (to be tried urgently if you are intolerant to bad gluten) and to take away quiches, bruschettas, bakery pastries such as brioches, sandwich bread, raisin bread, blanks..., and finally the organic wine of the region and the olive oil from its production. At the entrance of the city from Santa Manza, a pretty shop for health and good mood.

A qualified photographer, Bruno Debon chose to make his dream come true by becoming an organic farmer about ten years ago, and now a winegrower. In front of his house located at the bottom of a limestone canyon near the Chateaudouble gorges, he began by planting 2,500 apple trees of six varieties, whose production he sells at nearby markets and to local AMAPs. He then rehabilitated his 2 ha of old vines with 5 grape varieties, to produce a very personal wine, organic of course and without inputs. A still confidential domain and wines that are a favourite.

Mas Py is different from other organic farms because of the diversity of the products cultivated or farmed. First of all, there are the Céret cherries and in particular the dried cherry which has become the flagship of the estate. Then there is the cultivation of olive trees of different varieties that produce extra-virgin olive oil. Finally, Brigitte and Erwin devoted themselves to the breeding of Iberian black pigs, which frolic in the open air under cork oaks and coppices. Incomparable cold meats! To sum up, Mas Py is a real Ali Baba's cave for epicureans.

Mas Peyre is first and foremost the story of a family who claim to live by " love and wine ". From stem to glass, it's this philosophy of respect for the land that drives the family. The results live up to expectations: awards are pouring in and Mas Peyre's wines are receiving rave reviews from the press. A warm welcome at the tasting cellar, no doubt about it, but above all it's the wine tourism offer that's so appealing: an escape-game-style stroll through the vines, and a lunchtime restaurant in summer. This small organic vegetable farm was born from the idea of sharing vegetable production with local consumers in a simple and friendly way. Since November 2019, La Belle Ferme has been living in the Saint-Joseph de Manosque area. Organic and local food is good for your health. Mulhouse Ville is now home to a small, entirely organic store where bobos and others will no longer need to travel to the outskirts. A wide choice of selected products in a small 113 m² space: 100% organic products, often local, and a large selection of fruit, vegetables and fresh produce. Short distribution channels are an integral part of the brand's strategy.
