Lovingly born in Nantes, that's what you can read about the rice pudding of its creator Yann le Corre, a promise proudly inscribed on his scooter that travels around Nantes! Rice pudding, that smooth and comforting sweetness engraved in the depths of our memory... Well, you won't believe it, but we found the time machine! Aboard his BeeOne scooter with its midnight blue dress (as in a dream), Yann has been inviting us since 2018 to rediscover the taste of our childhood. This former commercial director of the famous Maison Pradier has chosen to give a new direction to his professional life (a sort of return to his roots as a tribute to his grandparents' dairy farm in Brittany), by devoting himself to the most emblematic dessert, rice pudding. But not just any dessert! Indeed, he focuses on quality: certified organic artisanal, with milk from the Savenay area, rice from the Camargue, natural and seasonal products, without additives, colourings or preservatives and with 30% less sugar. Because its particularity is to offer a range of 80 different flavors. You can taste the classic Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, salted butter caramel, or the most original, cinnamon lime rum, yerba maté, vanilla apple compote or Caribbean chocolate... Special attention is paid to respect for the environment: short circuits are preferred and the containers are compostable and biodegradable. Yann welcomes you during the day on Wednesday in front of the Nantes University Hospital, and in the morning on the market of Talensac on Friday, and Vertou on Saturday and Sunday.
