It's a rare blend of organic Melun, but it's rare! Converted to organic farming, Anne and Jean-Jacques Boudin manufacture biologically Brie Brie by managing the entire production chain: food from their 32 dairy cows to the presentation of the cheese in a wooden box, through refining in the cellar. In the Boudin, cheese is a family tradition: Jean-Jacques's aunt and uncle were the last manufacturers of Coulommiers farmers in the region.
