LA GAUDINE - BRASSERIE DE LA SEMÈNE

Mylène Vandenbavière, from the Nord-Pas de Calais, created a micro brewery in Saint-Genest-Malifaux named La Gaudine. This name is a common name from the former French who comes from "gaudion", meaning "rejoicing". Just like a good beer! Mylène offers three kinds of organic beers: blonde, white and amber. It also offers seasonal beer, summer and winter beers. All of its beers are developed in an artisanal way, thus not filtered and pasteurisées. This is a good way to enchant your taste buds and share convivial moments!
