The interior of this brewery-restaurant, created by Yannick Metge, has been enlarged and is now a real success. In a neo-industrial setting, the microbrewery is housed in a former iron workshop. We're at the heart of local consumption, with beers brewed on site, and tapas and burgers concocted with local produce. At 12 noon, the traditional slate-style cuisine is top-notch. Why the fork? This relatively young cooperative, created in 1957, today brings together 55 winegrowers attached to the Jura terroir. Their vines are partly located in the Château-Chalon area... Their yellow wines, including this one, are a credit to this very well-received winery. But all the grape varieties and all the wines of the Jura are represented. This brewery is the story of a passionate couple who came from Toulouse to live off their passion in the heart of Bigouden country. After training in the cultivation of hops, they went on to create their own craft beers with a rich variety of flavors. La Cave à Jaja will make you stop buying wine in supermarkets. Erwan Bouger is super-friendly, with good advice, and his wines are at rock-bottom prices. His hobby: finding good wines from small producers, for small budgets and amateurs without too much moderation... And he knows a thing or two about it: thirty years as a bartender in Brest, that's enough to make a wine merchant! Located near Saint-Martin church, don't be fooled by the small size of his store: his references are numerous, at all prices, for all tastes. La Cave à Jaja also scours the markets of Brest. Founded in 1995, La Cave de Bacchus is now one of Brest's leading establishments for those who like a good drink. Simon and Arnaud offer a vast selection of wines, champagnes, spirits and beers, as well as a delicatessen section. The range is resolutely oriented towards respect for people and the environment, with a large majority of organic and a fine selection of natural wines. Along with Clos Mireille (located in La Londe-les-Maures) and Château Romassan (Le Castellet), Château de Selle is one of the three properties that make up Domaines Ott*. A former residence of the Counts of Provence, Château de Selle acquired a new winery in 2017, which in itself constitutes a wine tourism visit. With 84 hectares of vineyards, the property produces a rosé of exquisite finesse and texture, as well as a racy and elegant red.

This is the temple of wines and spirits in Granville: the Maison du Vin, which bears its name well, offers hundreds of references. Wine productions of course, but also whiskies, rums, sometimes rare spirits, there is no lack of anything here. The place is vast, the opening hours wide, and the advice here is not an empty word. Parking is easy and practical. Of course, the shop offers a wide range of services for your private events, be it weddings, banquets or other receptions.

This vast estate represents a unique space of nearly 200 hectares that is both a wine production and an art and architecture museum. Heir to a long history, illustrated by the presence of Gallo-Roman paved paths and other vestiges of an ancient irrigation system, the wine estate offers organic wines certified Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and IGP des Portes de Méditerranée. The place is magnificent, surrounded by vineyards. In fact, this "château" is the image of its department: rough, humble, simple, but imposing all the same. The ageing cellars are located in the old chapel. The vineyard is important. Antoine and Robert de Langalerie will make you discover flocs de Gascogne, armagnacs, Agen prunes with armagnac... The Château de la Grangerie is part of the Bienvenue à la ferme network which supports farmers so that they can meet expectations in terms of product tasting.

The estate is located on a former Templar commandery, but its name is inspired by the witches(lei masco in Provençal) who used to come here to gather medicinal plants. 25 hectares of vines on a magnificent estate of some 145 hectares and wines with personality. There is also a green olive oil with an artichoke taste. Organic products to be discovered at the domain or in some wine shops or delicatessens and at the table of many good restaurants. Perlé is a sparkling wine made from mirabelle plum, redcurrant, raspberry or Morello cherry. It is served chilled in flutes as an aperitif or with dessert. Its colours are delicious and its fine sparkling bubbles are very refreshing. It is made from the natural juice of the region's fruits and obtained by natural fermentation. In Parnay, Philippe and Agnès Porché open the doors of their certified organic estate to let you discover their winemaking know-how. Here, they honor the wines whose names are reminiscent of the court of the ancient nobility: the Troubadour, the Page, the Fou, the Jouvencelle... Meticulous wine-making allows them to offer beautiful and tasty white, rosé and red wines and delicate bubbles! Finalists since 2019 of the Trophées de l'oenotourisme, medallists 2020 and 2021, they offer several activities around wine, fun and educational.

The estate produces exceptional wines that are regularly awarded in agricultural competitions. Château Barréjat won a gold medal at the Salon de l'Agriculture in 2020. The madiran and pacherenc du-vic-bilh wines are also cited in many specialized guides. Some of the plots are very old and this exceptional robustness allows us to obtain wines of great quality. Denis Capmartin shapes his vines with respect to tradition and terroir. He produces powerful reds and whites, either dry or sweet.

Château Auzias Multispace is a lively hybrid space housed in the estate's former stables. A tasting cellar, it is also a designer boutique and an arts and crafts workshop-gallery. Events are organized throughout the year: Christmas market or tapas bar, tastings, temporary exhibitions... In fine weather, you can enjoy the beautiful terrace while discovering local artists and craftsmen.

Here is a prestigious brand present in Le Touquet since 1999, with 250 references of selected vintages, 80 champagnes, 200 whiskies as well as many other spirits: rums, gins, cognacs, ports, vodkas... Without forgetting a beautiful choice of beers including the timeless La Touquettoise amber, white or juniper berry beers. You will even find accessories dedicated to the tasting of these nectars. The estate comprises 5.5 ha, 4 of which are planted with Chardonnay and Savagnin, including a parcel of Château-Chalon. Philippe Butin, who has run the estate since 1980, has just handed over the pruning shears to his son Kevin and Aloïs, both of whom are equally passionate about their work. The white Savagnin is matured in 228-litre barrels, and the yellow wines impress even the most demanding tasters. Over the years, the estate has also built up a fine reputation for its award-winning reds, and the transfer of ownership will certainly not change that. The 2022 vintage: top.

The famous "Clos d'entre les Murs" contains walls with holes through which the vines gain access to the sun in order to get the necessary calories for its ripening. A very nice visit for a site that mixes history, geology, techniques and pleasures. One can taste and buy the wines produced here, from a wonderful variety of saumur-champigny, the Clos du Château, which will delight the amateurs of notes of liquorice, to the very famous dry white wine the Clos d'entre les Murs, of a great richness, which presents a very fruity and slightly wooded nose. Domaine Bonzoms has been cultivating 22 hectares of hand-harvested, organic vines since 2009. It's a family story (5 generations since 1827!) and a way of working that's as close to nature as possible. Their philosophy and their wines reflect the authenticity and respect for the traditions of Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tautavel: expressive, very Mediterranean wines that the Petit Futé loves. Come and meet this family, who will share with you their attachment to this arid land so rich in preserved flavors.

Anne and Pierre Chancel have started a new life by creating, 4 years ago, this preserved domain of 30 hectares at the foot of the Ventoux (12 hectares cultivated in organic way surrounded by 12 hectares of wood). Their first vintages are promising in the 3 colors and already on the best tables in Paris and the region. The hilly estate offers superb views with a marked circuit called "Chemin Sensationnel", a stroll marked out with activities (well-being workshops, readings) which ends with a picnic and wine tasting. Charles Pain's estate has been awarded the "Cave d'Excellence" label. With more than forty hectares of AOC Chinon vines, the extent of this vineyard benefits from a beautiful exposure. This property works the grapes with passion and professionalism to obtain vintages of Cabernet Franc (called Breton) for the red and rosé and Pineau de Loire (called Chenin for the Cuvée Blanche). In the heart of Touraine, this 55-hectare vineyard has been welcoming you since 1987 to let you discover its secrets passed down from generation to generation and its greatest vintages.

The Pub de la Brasserie Mira is one of those must-visit addresses for fun evenings on the Bassin. Mira, we already knew the name and even the beer of the brewery created by Jacques and Aurélien, two local children with a passion for hops. They conceived and created a first range of original beers, brewed with spring water from the Bassin and identified on the bottles by a chimera. Mira beers have never ceased to seduce connoisseurs, so it was only logical that the brewer-malters should follow through on their ambition by opening this pub.

For eleven years, Léon has been able to make a name for itself among the independent wine merchants of Nancy. The reason? A warm welcome, sound advice from the sommelier and a large selection of available references (nearly 600!). Wine, of course, for all budgets and tastes, but also champagne and spirits... La Cave de Léon also organizes afterwork sessions with winegrowers who come from all over France to help you discover their products in a good mood. Léon also comes to your events and privatizes the cellar.

In the heart of the Bas-Armagnac region, this earth-floored winery has been the Domaine's cellar since its origins in the ^19th century. During your visit, you'll learn all about the vineyard and the distillation process. The large room housing the various bottles of armagnac and armagnac-based aperitifs adjoins the cellar, where barrels containing old vintages are stored. Domaine de Lassaubatju Bas-Armagnac is both powerful and light, fragrant and fruity. To be enjoyed in moderation, of course. Three guest rooms are available.

In Nancy, the specialist of arranged rum is Kévin Juliac, who created his store a few years ago. His bottles are sold in local wine shops, but also in breweries throughout France, and of course, on his website. Deeply ecological, Kevin Juliac always favors short circuits and local products, such as the honey from Lorraine that we find in the surprising and delicious honey-cinnamon or ginger associations. More original, the Umami, from Japan, stimulates the whole palate. A RhumArrangerie to discover!

On his small 3.8 hectare estate, Vincent Grall produces white and rosé Sancerre from flinty and clayey-siliceous soils. His cellar is located on the Sancerre peak and his vineyard on the surrounding hillsides. Manual harvesting, particular care in working the vineyard with respect to the soil, organic amendments, limited yields, simple and natural vinification, allowing the full expression of the Sauvignon, give these excellent wines. The Vignerons de Tutiac open their doors and share their know-how and passion, between traditional values and contemporary trends. Founded in 1974, this cooperative is a must for anyone interested in the Côtes-de-Bordeaux region. Tutiac's 500 winegrowers are part of the Agriconfiance approach to environmentally-friendly farming. Their range of wines can be found in their six boutiques in Gironde, as well as at the Bistro Vignerons wine bar in downtown Bordeaux.

La Chablisienne is a cooperative with 300 members, including 200 winegrowers and 5 prestigious vineyards, representing 25% of the Chablis vineyards. Founded in 1923, La Chablisienne has won numerous awards and developed its range with finesse. So you can look forward to a wealth of discoveries. Also based in Vézelay, this cellar is a must. All the more so as, despite its great success, prices remain affordable. And don't forget the tasting sessions, from the simplest to the most gastronomic. Don't miss it!

The Cellier Saint-Pierre is a reference in terms of good wines. Located opposite the cathedral, whose square has been redone, the cellar offers a choice of over 500 references. The Champagne region is well represented with great houses as well as harvesters-manipulators from the Aube region, then the offer opens up to other regions, with stronger and international spirits such as a range of Japanese whiskies. But it is not a simple wine shop, since the renovation of the adjacent buildings in noble materials. Superb buildings that also house exhibitions from time to time.

Beer enthusiasts all know this place with an easy-to-remember name: Beerz. Here, no less than 500 references of beer, 30 of cider, and about twenty references of spirits are proposed to you by Christelle, the mistress of the place. Nearly 150 winegrowers have joined together in a cooperative to bring their vineyards to life. Their sensory cellar is based on a scenography retracing the adventure of the winegrowers of Saumur and Bourgueil. After the tasting, linger in the store to discover their range of wines. Family-run and independent for 7 generations, Maison Antech has dedicated itself since 1860 to producing great sparkling wines in Limoux, a legendary terroir and the cradle of the "bubble" (1544). Heir to exceptional know-how and centuries-old traditions, the House stands out for its assertive style and constant desire to renew itself, to bring out the unique potential of the Limoux terroir in every vintage. Established in 2020 in Revigny, the Nettancourt cooperative brewery relies exclusively on the short circuit: it produces and distributes its own organic beer. On the menu, 5 beers: subtle white (tangy), delicate blonde (characterful), tasty amber (floral), surprising nettle (original), elegant brown (spicy). Collection (+ 1 lemonade) that you can find at local AMAPs and markets. The house organizes evening events where you can take part in gesticulated lectures and rent wooden games. The estate extends over the communes of Villecroze, Flayosc and Tourtour whose appellations are respectively classified as AOP Coteaux-Varois en Provence, Côtes-de-Provence and IGP Coteaux du Verdon. We are in the heart of the Haut-Var-Verdon Regional Nature Park, and access from the main road to the 340-hectare estate (40 of which are planted vines) is a pure pleasure. At an altitude of 400 metres, you cross the undergrowth and enter the heart of the limestone and clay soils, before discovering the grandiose concrete cellar with its cathedral-like appearance.

Since its creation in 2013, the brewery defends an alternative mode of production aiming to privilege quality raw materials, short circuits and local partnerships. It also favours conviviality with a place of life and exchanges directly on the site. There are many beers on offer, but if you can't find what you're looking for, Franck, the brewer, will create a made-to-measure blend just for you! For your events, think about renting taps and for an outing with friends, a visit with tasting.

Concerned about the environment, Emmanuel and Nathalie have been managing the estate's 9.5 hectares of organic farming since 2018. Their demands continue during the harvest when time is no longer important, the right maturity of each parcel is expected for the picking of the grapes. The harvest is done by manual selection of the grapes where the eye has all its importance, then the vinification is subject to rigorous monitoring. The wines are made with the least possible inputs in order to preserve the raw material and the juices. There are also natural wines.

Created in 1981 by Cécile and Robert, this family estate is now run by their son Pierre. You'll discover mainly dry white wines from a wide variety of terroirs. During your visit, you'll be welcomed on the production site, where you can admire some superb traditional foudres. The estate organizes a variety of wine-tourism activities: vineyard tours, picnics at the winemaker's, gourmet aperitifs, treasure hunts... Information on request.

Founded in 1950, the Cave coopérative Jaillance produces Clairette de Die Doux and Brut, organic and biodynamic, Impériale, Icône, Cybèle... Alcohol-free is Delight, a sparkling Muscat. Jaillance produces the other Diois AOCs, Crémant de Die and Châtillon-en-Diois wines, white, rosé or red, as well as Crémant de Bordeaux and Crémant de Loire. There's also a selection of excellent partner wines from the Rhône Valley. Visit the Bar à Bulles for a tasting session with expert advice. There's also a local delicatessen and the MuséoBulles.

Called Lambig into Cornwall, cider brandy is obtained by the distillation of locally produced cider with ancestral recipes and oak tree between 5 to 10 years. Lambig offers this distinctive colour: a slightly amber dress with delicious fruit flavours. Nothing so wonderfuk as taking it for digestif. Otherwise, do not hesitate to takeit with a sorbet, to spice-up a sauce for example, or fish soup. You can also use it for buckling your dishes!
