Harvesting and handling since 1847, this is now the^3rd generation. The vineyards are spread over 10 crus on the southern slopes of Épernay, and this is how the 3 grape varieties are harvested. The champagne range includes the brut de réserve, a pinot meunier-dominant wine aged for 4 years in the cellar, and the grande cuvée "Tradition", a vintage version of this champagne, aged for 5 years in the cellar. There's also the old Champagne liquoreux (1975), and the 1990 Coteau Champenois.

When the Domaine des Forges was taken over, everything was completely renovated. And fortunately, because it would have been a shame to see this former stronghold of the castle of Chinon, where Louis XI stayed, disappear. On the cellar side, the Domaine des Forges has some nice surprises in store. The balance of this 2006 is the result of the right proportions between the fruit, the matter and the tannins. Because the volume is measured, the wine seems light and fresh. And if we don't know how to accompany it, we just have to listen to the owners' wise advice. Rental of a room for events.

JAF is the story of Jason, Arnaud and Florian, three acolytes who, in the course of their peregrinations around the world, have unearthed some fine discoveries of beers, wines and spirits. 350 references are presented in a most original setting. It's a bar dedicated to afterworks, a must for work outings. A few beers and good wines to start you off, followed by a tour of the cellar, will ensure that when it's time to go home, you won't go home empty-handed to finish off the evening you started so well!

An excellent wine and beer cellar run by a couple of very friendly enthusiasts! There are no silly questions to ask, whether about a beer denomination or the best wine to choose for an aperitif with friends or a family dinner. Local products are generously featured, from walnut-based aperitifs and BAM beers to Bergerac wines and creations from the Ort distillery. There's something for every preference, every occasion, and every wallet.

Winemaker for six generations, Damien Robert perpetuates the family tradition and takes care of the Domaine du Grand Clos. After his studies, in 2003, he took over the family estate from his father. Sabrina, his wife, joined him in 2007. The estate is located in the Saumur PDO. Labeled High Environmental Value, the vines cover 30 hectares with a majority of Cabernet Franc and Chenin. The domain benefits from troglodytic cellars covering nearly 5,000 m², an ideal place for storage and preservation.

Renaud's cider cellar is brimming with little nuggets that he unearths from the four corners of France. Whether raw or sweet, mountain or ice, perry or buckwheat, the ciders you'll find here come with Renaud's best tasting advice, and he'll be happy to tell you all about the history of the selected estates. A true enthusiast, he works with both private and professional customers. Discovery chests and a selection of apple juices are also available in this authentic and friendly cellar.

This brewery is unique because of its location. Jérôme Gloriot and Isabelle Banfi welcome you to the ground floor of their home to present their rather typical beers, up to 8.2° for the triple. The people of Bisont are familiar with the Pintadier beer, but despite its deliberately modest size, it has made a name for itself far beyond. Sales are made directly, without advertising. Only word-of-mouth. It can be found at various events organised by local associations and can be tasted in a few local bars.

The historical brewery produces the 3 Monts, which every good northerner knows for its strong character, as well as the Houthakker (range of HPA beers) and the Du Moulin (lighter beers). These beers are consumed everywhere and have acquired an international reputation! You will find them in the store along with various products and gift boxes. Near Chinon, Domaine Grosbois extends over 20 hectares in the heart of the Vienne valley. During a one-hour visit or for a one- to three-day exploration, discover biodynamic viticulture and polyculture through the various activities offered by the passionate owners. Nicolas and Sylvain have chosen biodynamic viticulture for their vines and the entire estate, in order to work in harmony with nature. Cuvées of Cabernet Franc and farm products are available via the online boutique.

Here's a great store that takes us on a journey to the lands of Ireland: wool sweaters, scarves, chunky cardigans, whisky, tea... In short, everything you need to give a little touch of those windswept green lands. The store is warm and inviting, and you'll love strolling in from time to time, before or after a visit to Mont-Saint-Michel, for example. For those who wish to continue their journey in the Cotentin region, the same group has another store in Cherbourg, at 18 Quai de Caligny.

Wine bar, renovated white stone tasting cellar with ^16th-century vaults. The cellar opens onto a magnificent terrace and garden overlooking the Montrachet hillsides. Here, you can enjoy a glass of wine exclusively from Domaine Chanzy (80 ha HVE), savour the dish of the day, or visit the production cellars in Bouzeron. Every day, a different theme is proposed to present Burgundy and its wines, from €15 to €65. You can also book a menu prepared by an ephemeral chef and benefit from the sommelier's advice. Marianne and Michel Cros have turned their estate into a model of sustainable agriculture. The vineyard produces particularly expressive wines, selected each year by specialized guides and during competitions. During the visit, these winemakers will share their passion for their land and discover their wines. Some of the wines are matured in oak barrels, near the old cellars, where entire aisles of old tuns are still preserved.

After the Coq Rouge, the P'tit Coq and the Braise, what could be more natural for Baptiste Huttois than to open his own cellar? At the gates of Reims, more precisely in Witry-lès-Reims, you can't miss La Cahute! You will find a fine selection of wines from here and elsewhere, local champagnes, spirits and beers from local microbreweries. La Cahute is also a wine bar where you can taste good bottles on the spot, tasting workshops to learn about oenology and zyhtology, a food-truck that treats you at lunch time, aperitif boards to take away and a delicatessen to perfect your aperitifs with some delicacies.

From field to bottle, this is the adage of the three friends who conceived this crazy but beautiful project in 2016. With their combined talents, the distillery opened in a 1760 farmhouse, part of a château that once belonged to the Comtesse de Ségur. But no misfortunes here, just liqueurs! Here, gin (gold medal 2023 and 2024), falernum and whisky are 100% Seine-et-Marn, made from grains sown, tended, harvested and processed on the farm.

It has been more than a century since the Peladan family settled in Cardet, at the foot of the Cevennes. The family has also installed its viticultural know-how to take possession of 25 hectares of vines on which no less than 12 grape varieties are produced. The family's heir, Guilhem, now makes wines from the Cévennes region that combine softness and finesse. With audacity and success, he also vinifies Alsatian grape varieties. It is in a peaceful and picturesque setting that the family will welcome you and help you discover the estate and the cellar.

Château La Rose Pourret is just a few hundred metres from the bell tower of the medieval town of Saint-Émilion. From the patio of the Comptoir de La Rose, you can appreciate its contours, while tasting wines from Daniel Derichebourg's estates. They range from Bordeaux rosé to Burgundy white. And throughout the day, the chef cooks with regional and seasonal produce (daily special at €16). An address awarded a Best of Wine Tourism in 2024 in the Estate Restaurant category.

The best welcome in Côte-Rôtie comes from Corps de Loup! In a region where wine tourism is underdeveloped, Domaine Corps de Loup sets the example. If you've ever wanted to visit an estate producing the prestigious Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie wines, all you have to do is drop in (it's always open) and take a tour in the company of the passionate Daubrée family. You'll be able to climb the hillside among the vines, visit the vaulted cellar and taste a few bottled marvels, including a Côte Blonde Marions-Les and a Côte Brune Paradis.

Throughout the year, Christin, sommelier, is on the lookout for new winemakers to expand the range of Histoire de Vin. Anne, his wife, will welcome you in this wine cellar located at two steps of the Esplanade to make you taste the latest finds. This native of Nîmes will guide you with finesse through the 750 references present so that you can find what suits you best. The cellar is renewed very regularly in order to share with the customers new stories in bottle.

Olivier Bys, a molecular biologist by training, set up his brewery in the Pays de Seine et Tille, inspired by the local places to name his own beers. Vélouze, Morte Vieille... names to be taken at face value, starting with "Bois des Mousses". Olivier prefers aromatic hops to avoid creating beers that are too bitter, and his range is completed by a lemonade made with pure lemon juice. Tasting available before you make your choice.

On the road that crosses Chavanay, at the fork in the road that goes up to Pélussin and the Pilat, there is a beautiful house where you should stop to discover the wines of the region (and elsewhere). La Véraison offers not only a small terrace to sit and taste a selection of wines made by authentic enthusiasts, to be accompanied by a plate of local products. An unlikely address. A wine shop in this charming village of just 700 inhabitants, which already boasts an original address with its Mineral Fountain, seems unusual. Yet the address is as much appreciated as the skills of its owner. The attractive wooden shelving houses a fine selection (900 references) of beers, notably from local microbreweries including La Manivelle dioise, as well as wines from the Côtes du Rhône, Languedoc, Burgundy and Alsace, rums, cognacs, calvados and whiskies. Patrick brews a range of Nature & Progrès-labeled organic beers made exclusively with local ingredients: Immor'Ale blond fruity, Féod'Ale amber with hazelnut and caramel flavors, Glaci'Ale blond with banana and citrus flavors, Spectr'Ale blond with citrus and exotic fruit flavors, Brut'Ale an English-inspired IPA, Infern'Ale amber double indian, Ancestr'Ale a traditional Scottish red, Abyss'Ale black traditional Irish.

This microbrewery has been making and selling 100% Breton beers since 2015. Here you'll find typical 100% local beers, made with traditional know-how. Be it Aldeta white, Télès blonde, Pylone red, Bag Noz brown, Maclow star anise blond, Semper Fidelis abbey-style triple golden ale or Dead man's friend rum amber ale. Not forgetting Berry Bliss with red fruits and a few other surprises. We love the warm welcome, the passionate team and the quality of the beers. A good address that we recommend.

We discovered this new Rennes brewery by chance during an evening at Hibou Grand Duc. Enthralled by the Hyperpop IPA (a short-lived beer) and the Vitrine lager, a delicate and refreshing beer, we then went to discover this new Rennes brewery, which opened last November. At the studio, you'll find the work of Rennes-based visual artist Tom Nelson, and above all, you'll be able to buy his craft beers direct, and why not a banana or a Smash t-shirt in the process. For those who prefer to sit on the terrace of a bar, head for La Piste, La Cavale, Le Saint-Germain, La Nouba and Le Hibou to feast in moderation.

A little history: until the early ^20th century, many of the communes in what is now the Val Parisis conurbation were known for their wine production. In Herblay, several vineyards still exist, under the aegis of the Syndicat des Vignerons d'Ile-de-France. In addition to the various private vineyards, the town of Herblay has also planted a few vines on its territory: keep your eyes peeled!

Created by Mickaël Legendre in 2017, the Brasserie de la Bizhhh is a craft brewery that has built a good reputation in the Rennes area. It unveils a range of lagers, ambers, russets, IPA, SMaSH (composed only of one malt and one hop), Porter (black beer). The beers are all made from organic raw materials. And for the more adventurous, find every year our Rheusoise brewery at the famous Craft Beer Festival of Saint-Malo, dedicated to the French and international craft beer.

This artisan microbrewery is housed in a^12th-century chapel. Matthieu and his team produce organic beers, under the Nature et Progrès label, in a variety of styles, from white brewed with wheat or amber, blond made with seasonal yeasts, to stout, rousse or an English IPA, Freaky Wolf's Bitter and Smash, brewed with a minimum of ingredients. Their range is constantly evolving, always with original names. Friday evenings open to musicians, games and themed evenings.

In her cellar-counter, opened in 2022, Margaux distills her love of wine into conversation, but not just any wine. The young woman selects only natural, biodynamic wines, vinified without inputs or additives. In particular, she highlights wines from Provence, her region of origin, as well as women winemakers... with an emphasis on small, committed operations. She also offers local beers, organic ciders and delicatessen products from Brittany. In the spirit of a neighborhood bar, the cellar also serves as a bar on weekends, where visitors can extend their conversation over a drink. It also organizes wine-tasting evenings several times a month.

Founded in 2013 by two partners, Zephyr has made great strides since its inception. Their craft beer is brewed with barley malt from France and hops from Alsace. Zéphyr is available in 4 varieties: blonde, special blonde bitter, brown and amber. Available in bottles of 33 or 50 cl for direct sale in the new Quiberon premises located at 9, boulevard Plein-Ouest, you can enjoy it with a platter of cold cuts or cheese.

Who said Normandy was all about cider? For several years now, brewers have been multiplying, giving birth to local beers. One of these is Brasserie de l'Arbre, based in Bagnoles. After a change of life, since Jean launched his own business in 2021 as part of a reconversion, the entrepreneur produces three types of beer: blonde, amber and a hoppier version. Jean welcomes visitors to his boutique by appointment, and you can meet him at local markets, including the Bagnoles market on Saturdays, or in some local bars.

Founded in 1918, this fine champagne brand now supplies the Sorbonne, the Faculty of Medicine in Paris and the Faculty of Law in Malakoff, as well as Paris City Hall and French embassies abroad. Every year, individuals and tourists alike flock to visit this estate in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Their 8 champagnes are expressive and convivial. Our favorite is the Cuvée Grande Réserve Blanc de Blancs.

A non-alcoholic wine cellar in the Bordeaux region - now that's unusual! The challenge has been taken up by this store, which offers de-alcoholized wines, spirits and other beverages, for those who want to reduce their consumption without depriving themselves of taste. The range selected by this daring pair of wine merchants is extensive, covering a variety of grape varieties: chardonnay, merlot, sauvignon... For festive occasions, we also offer a range of stunning sparkling wines. A few local and organic products (preserves, vegetables...) are the perfect accompaniment to your tasting experience.

Cheese and 100% organic beer, that's what will make people happy! Margaux Renard and Antoine Crehin are at the origin of this beautiful meeting between dairy and craft brewery. Their shop offers brewed yoghurts, churned butter, fresh cheeses with herbs and spices, Champagne square and raclette cheese, which is of course accompanied by a bottle of Orgembulle. Timeless blond, fresh Blanchette or amber Roubignole, there's nothing like a good mousse!

The Paolini family created this estate in 1900. Today, Marc Paolini represents the fifth generation, following in the footsteps of his mother who ran the estate inherited from his own father. The Domaine Landry, planted with traditional grape varieties, is renowned for its grey rosé, of which it was the forerunner, but also a beautiful red Léa cuvée, matured in oak barrels, the white Léa, the Innatendu, a surprising red, the Blanc des copines. Plus: friendly events on the estate, visits to the vineyard with picnic area, music and tasting evenings...

Laura invites you on a journey of the senses as she concocts her own rhums arrangés. Flambéed banana, mango, vanilla, tarte tatin or lemon verbena, the varieties are numerous and 100% pure fruit. In fact, no flavoring is ever added. Laura uses an agricultural rum from Martinique, flavored with fresh sugar cane, to which she adds fresh, organic, seasonal fruit, often dried and prepared in their country of origin. Don't hesitate to sample (in moderation!) her delicious creations. You'll find them in her boutique.

With 70 years of experience behind it, Maison Vignau invites you to meet Brian and Anne, passionate experts who will guide you through a vast selection of French and foreign wines. Each wine is the fruit of the winemakers' know-how and the unique terroir from which it comes. In this space dedicated to slowness and discovery, you'll also find beers, ciders, confectionery, spirits and teas. For Anne, the family business is a return to her roots, evoking her childhood surrounded by the scents of wine, nature and conviviality.

For nine generations the Masson family has been working the vines in the Toulois. The 2.45 hectare estate enjoys a lot of sunshine thanks to its south-east orientation. Jacques Masson will be delighted to show you his production. The latest additions are the white wine, aged in oak barrels, which is very fruity with an aroma of roasted hazelnuts, and the red wine, also aged in oak barrels, which gives it a fine tannic taste. A wide range of brandies is also available.

Founded in 1947, this House has always been driven by a taste for excellence and hedonism. The vineyard covers 415 ha and is cultivated using sustainable viticulture methods, from vine training to waste management. Founded in 1923 by Fernand Dauvergne and Hubert Baron, this fine brand has stood the test of time without ever losing its DNA. 11 wines to discover. Our favorite is Délice de Bouzy, with its full, intense mouthfeel and powerful, distinctive nose. It's a wine that's perfect for an impromptu aperitif with friends, served with foie gras toast. What's more? A superb tour of the vineyards aboard one of their new Mokes!

The Maison Esterlin was born from the union of 3 families who were able to federate 29 members for a surface of 23 ha. Over time, this cooperative has been able to attract many other talents. The structure is located at number 25 of the famous avenue de Champagne. 8 exceptional champagnes are to be discovered, including the Cléo BDB 2010, partially vinified in barrels. We also love the Brut Nature 2009, made without malolactic fermentation. Take the time to fully appreciate them, quietly sitting in the sun with the people you love.

The Place to Beer is a beer cellar located on the port of Ile d'Yeu, in Fromentine, in the town of La Barre de Monts in the Vendée. This establishment offers a wide selection of artisanal, traditional and craft beers, to satisfy the most demanding beer lovers. In addition to beers, they also offer ciders, craft sodas and related products. The Place to Beer offers a warm and friendly setting for enjoying quality craft beverages.

Since 2015, this very nice brewery has been making succulent Nice beers of all kinds on site. A dozen different flavors, enough to satisfy all fans of the genre. A sales area is provided on site.
