Wine bar, renovated white stone tasting cellar with 16th-century vaults. The cellar opens onto a magnificent terrace and garden overlooking the Montrachet hillsides. Here, you can enjoy a glass of wine exclusively from Domaine Chanzy (80 ha HVE), savour the dish of the day, or visit the production cellars in Bouzeron. Every day, a different theme is proposed to present Burgundy and its wines, from €15 to €65. You can also book a menu prepared by an ephemeral chef and benefit from the sommelier's advice.
