Our favorites are Idylle in white and 1+1=3 in red. These are really surprising wines, freshness and finesse for the first one, fruity and crisp for the second one. Château Majoureau, located in Caudrot, is a winery owned by the Delong family. The estate extends over 38 hectares of south-facing vines, allowing the grape varieties to flourish and producing wines with accomplished aromas. The winemaker, Mathieu Delong, is committed and passionate about his craft, inherited from several generations of winegrowers. Château Majoureau offers a full range of AOC Côtes de Bordeaux Saint-Macaire and Bordeaux Supérieur wines, which have won numerous awards. It is possible to taste these wines at the property, but it is advisable to make an appointment in advance. Château Majoureau also offers a home delivery service for 24 bottles or more, provided by Mathieu Delong himself.

The history of Famille Courselle vineyards began in 1950 with the acquisition of Château Thieuley by André Courselle. His son, Francis Courselle, accelerated the estate's development from 1972, increasing the cultivated area from 4 to 80 hectares on three separate estates. Francis' daughters, Sylvie and Marie, carry on the tradition of sustainable viticulture. Certified in sustainable agriculture by Terra Vitis, HVE3 and Bee Friendly, Château Thieuley was awarded a Best of Wine Tourism in 2024 (wine tourism valorization of environmental practices).

Château de la Terrière is a winery located in Cercié, in the Beaujolais region. It is considered the jewel of the region and offers a wide selection of quality wines. The estate belongs to the Beaujolais-Bourgogne winegrowers' association, which promotes the region's wines. The Martissens cuvée is a blend of tannat (90%) and cabernet sauvignon (10%) that goes very well with duck. Located in the town of Néac in France, Domaine GFA FOURREAU is a wine estate offering a range of quality wines. Run by the Ollet-Fourreau family for five generations, the estate is located on the right bank of the Garonne, in the Lalande de Pomerol and Pomerol appellations. The wines produced are regularly awarded medals, and the family has equipped itself with new technologies to meet quality requirements. The estate's flagship brands include Château Haut-Surget in Lalande de Pomerol and Château Grand Moulinet in Pomerol. Domaine Thierry Cosme is a family-run winery in Noizay, in operation since 1945. Taken over by Thierry Cosme in 1988, it now covers 30 hectares of vines in AOC Vouvray and Touraine. Château La Caussade is a winery located in Vayres. It is part of the Ballet vineyard, a family estate launched in 1946 by Jean-Claude Ballet's grandfather. Today, the family manages 67 hectares of vines on two châteaux, including Château La Caussade, acquired in 1990. This château produces a red wine for ageing. Nathalie and Bruno, Jean-Claude Ballet's children, combine traditional vineyard and wine-making methods with new, more efficient techniques to extract the best from the terroir while respecting nature. In the heart of the Roussillon plain, this former gulf filled by the alluvium of three rivers, the Cabestany terroir is composed of a mixture of rich, fatty or silty soils, interspersed with rocky areas. Among the terraces staggered according to the three rivers are the Cabestany terraces, formed by rolled pebbles and alluvium. Inaugurated in 2005, the Cabestany sales cellar, adjacent to the Cave Coopérative, is located in the heart of the village. Its central counter in the shape of a barrel is original and its immense bay windows bring in the sun and the warmth of the smiles of passers-by. You will be seduced by the architecture of the place as much as by the wines you can taste with Audrey. We particularly liked the Master of Cabestany and the Two Lions, two Côtes du Roussillon Villages in red that have structure and hold or simply the Will of a Hom, a very surprising organic rosé in IGP. The Cabestany vault also hosts very beautiful exhibitions (the place is so vast and warm that it lends itself perfectly to it) and has a large car park. Don't forget before or after the tasting to stop by (5 min by foot) at the Romanesque Sculpture Centre in Cabestany, a place to discover.

The co-operative of Camplong winemakers dates back to the 1930 s and for almost 30 years only one wine was sold in bulk, from red. After many improvements in the cellar and great care to the vines, the cooperative evolved to offer different qualities of wine. In the 1970 s, green wine was put on sale and it was a real revolution at the time, the wine growers offer it in white, rosé and red! Today, the co-operative has 30 member winemakers and proposes six bottles, four in red with the famous C of Camplong in old vines, one in rosé and one in white. The François Fagot vineyard is located in one of the best first growths of the Montagne de Reims, and is now run by the family's son, Thierry. This small estate of about 5 hectares, half of which is planted with pinot noir, produces beautiful wines with a powerful character. The Brut Premier Cru is the signature of the house, a blend of three grape varieties, very well balanced, supple and surprisingly complex. The Brut Millésimée 2005 is also a top-of-the-range wine, predominantly pinot noir, which fully expresses the terroir of Rilly-la-Montagne.

This estate, located in the heart of Ludes-le-Coquet, a village classified as Premier Cru, is run by the Forget family, who have been working on the estate for 4 generations. What makes the difference here is the wide variety of plots. The 12-hectare vineyard is made up of a mosaic of over 60 terroirs. Thierry Forget, a trained oenologist, produces racy, authentic cuvées. Forget's cuvée Marie Forget is an extra brut, produced in 1,000 bottles a year, with a low dosage (5 g/l) that's perfect with sushi.

The name Forest-Marié is symbolic, illustrating the union of two families: one from Trigny, where Thierry hails from; the other from Écueil, where his wife Gracianne was born. On a daily basis, these passionate independent winegrowers keep a close eye on their vineyard of 86 plots. The variety of their terroirs makes for rich wines. 7 champagnes to discover. The Cuvée Saint-Crespin Premier Cru may well amaze you. This 100% pinot noir reveals sublime aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, and is an ideal accompaniment to any meal.

Located in Chamery, this small family business has never abandoned its traditional spirit. Today, Jeannick, Daniel and Benjamin are in charge of the estate, working the vines, vinifying and elaborating the cuvées. These three winemakers' love of the terroir promises the creation of a rich range. The Brut Tradition cuvée is a blend of the three Champagne grape varieties. The result is a well-structured, powerful wine with a lively, expressive nose. On the palate, we find fruit (peach) and honey notes.

Frédéric Joly, from the fourth generation of winegrowers on the estate, is in charge of the work on the estate as well as its development. In the Côte des Bars, this small vineyard with great wines has always emphasized a deep attachment to tradition in the making of its champagne. With pinot noir and chardonnay grape varieties, the house offers delicate vintages in which the terroir expresses itself. The Grande Cuvée expresses true elegance and a beautiful bouquet. Also to be tasted, the Coup de Coeur cuvée, rich and complex, full of freshness.

In France as well as abroad, it is always with great pleasure that one opens a bottle of this property. The signature of the House, the Brut Tradition is composed of 70% meunier, 20% chardonnay and 10% pinot noir, with a blend of new and reserve wines. The balance is perfect, the nose is superb. It exhales subtle aromas of white fruits that enchant the palate. The Cuvée Rosé is just as exceptional. Fresh, generous and elegant, its red fruit notes will go very well with a strawberry dessert.

Domaine de Brunet is a winery located in Causse-de-la-Selle. Founded in 1973 by Pierre and Henri Coulet, the estate now offers eleven cuvées and a liqueur wine. Domaine de Brunet wines are renowned for their verticality, balanced, silky structure and airy, racy character. Château la Clotte is a winery located in Bergat, in the town of Saint-Émilion. Founded in 1800, it is part of the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation. The vineyard covers an area of 4 hectares, with clay-limestone soils. The grape varieties grown are mainly Merlot (80%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%). The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in stainless steel vats. Barrels are used for ageing, with 80% new barrels and 20% barrels used for one or more wines. Château la Clotte produces an average of 10,000 bottles a year, or 80 hectolitres. Its wines are sold in Canada, the United States, Hong Kong and Japan.

Château Montrose is a wine estate located in Saint-Estèphe, Gironde, in the Médoc wine region. It produces a wine under the Saint-Estèphe appellation, ranked second grand cru in the 1855 classification. The 95-hectare estate is owned by Martin and Olivier Bouygues. In the heart of Saint-Estèphe, Château Tronquoy has undergone a facelift and is now open to wine tourism. The 5 tours on offer are punctuated by a tasting in a magnificent room opening onto the barrel cellar. A single red wine and two exceptional whites, an original feature of this appellation. The 30-hectare vineyard has been committed to an environmental approach that respects people and nature since 2015. The estate, which is due to obtain organic certification in March 2024, has established itself as one of the finest crus bourgeois in the Médoc.

The ESAT de Villambis is located in the grounds of the Château de Villambis, a 40-hectare estate with an 18th- and 19th-century château. Employing 120 people with mental or psychological disabilities, this ESAT offers rewarding work in seven areas: laundry, green spaces, industry, horticulture and catering. The approach is inclusive, and the trades promote professional and social learning. The Château's wine is produced using integrated farming methods, with a profound respect for nature and the grape. Classified as a Cru Bourgeois, it recently obtained level 2 environmental certification.
