The story of the Brasserie de Vaucelles is a story of friendship between Benjamin and Alexis. Together, they embarked on a hopping adventure with a fixed idea: to succeed in (re) creating an artisanal abbey beer, made with local products. Installed in an old abbey (precisely), the success seems to be there with beautiful products: the Prima beer (light), a blond abbey beer brewed with only four ingredients or the Triple and its 4 different malts. A nice project to follow closely!

Recently opened in Vézelay, this wine cellar is an excellent opportunity to stop off on your way up to the basilica, halfway between the start of the main street and its forecourt. Wilfrid and Sophie welcome you in the dining room or on the small terrace to taste wines and local produce, gourmet platters or Burgundy snails. Between the canals and not far from the North Sea, next to the homonymous theater, there is a new microbrewery, whose beers are already (literally) winning laurels at international competitions, and the new emblem of Dunkirk's legendary creativity: the Brasserie des 4 écluses! Here you can visit with Eric François, brewer and master of the place. The passion and love of a job well done transpire from every pore of his skin and the visit ends with the inevitable tasting... in moderation!

At the gateway to the bastide town, the Maison des Vins de Cadillac is home to a Best of Wine Tourism award-winning eco-museum. Discover the history of the vineyard, the origins of the AOC wines (Cadillac, Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux and Premières Côtes de Bordeaux), the different stages of production... An olfactory piano will also introduce you to the different aromas. The Maison des Vins also offers grape variety tastings (at a cost for 5 wines) and a whole host of workshops.

Anna Escalere and Toarii Cojan have opened Pépin & Pépite, where Anna's great-grandmother and grandmother used to run a hair salon. For the young couple, it will be more wine and gourmet products. But Pépin & Pépite is not a wine cellar like the others. Let's say that it is more intuitive with a shelf completely focused on food and wine pairing (fish, veggie, cheese & dessert...), or even occasions (aperitif). In a nod to Toarii's origins, there are also products from Tahiti. In summer, the cellar opens from 4pm on weekdays.

Fabrice Rondeau is now just 5 minutes from Place de Verdun. As you enter, you'll be seduced not only by the convivial atmosphere, but also by the ever-warm welcome of the owner. A native of La Rochelle - he studied at the Lycée Hôtelier - Fabrice will be delighted to guide you through this world of wines, with no fewer than 800 references! His advice on wines is invaluable, but you can also take part in a whiskies world tour, a fun way to discover a few nuggets.

With more than 206 medals, Meyer's distillery presents all its nectars for you to discover in this beautiful boutique, from whisky to eau-de-vie, gin, pastis and even spritz! The latter is a pure delight, less bitter than we're used to, and is sure to delight even the most delicate palates. You're bound to find what you're looking for in this store. The attentive team will welcome you with a smile, invite you to taste and give you valuable explanations.

Built in 1870, the 105-hectare estate has been owned by the Lesgourgues family for three generations. Their vineyards are planted on gently sloping hillsides and their unsulphured white wines are distilled just after alcoholic fermentation, in order to harvest their full aromatic potential, in the unique "Armagnac" still. If you wish to discover the château, do not hesitate to book your tasting visit; you will be able to deepen your knowledge, your taste and your appreciation for this great brandy.

Cédric, Laure, Jacques and Pierre, four whisky lovers, created their own whisky brand "Black Mountain" in 2011 near Toulouse. Only one year later, they bottled their first blended whisky; the "BM2", a greedy, generous and accessible product. Today, there are no less than 15 whiskies in their online store and in retail outlets. Their objective through their range: to create whiskies of excellence elaborated with the greatest care in Occitania in order to seduce and delight the senses of the amateurs.

A well-known local cider maker with no shortage of products and certifications attesting to the excellence of its production. Masterfully run by Vincent Pichon, Le Brécéen cider house is located in the heart of the Normandy bocage. The premises, which have been awarded the "haute valeur environnementale" (high environmental value) certification, allow you to discover marvellous ciders, as well as calvados and many other products: juices, compotes and jellies. The boutique is open Tuesday to Thursday mornings, and all day Friday and Saturday!

Here is an address which will fill with happiness many people. Located on the small port of La Redorte, Le Spot combines a restaurant, a wine bar and a cellar-grocery store offering no less than 240 references of wines, spirits, beers of the region and local products at producer prices. You can taste on the spot ? choose your bottle and add 5 € of corkage fee, the wine by the glass is of course proposed. Many events are organized, whether festive or gourmet, you will spend a unique and rewarding moment.

Antoine Soave is a passionate wine maker. This is the paradise of the disciples of Bacchus. Small bottles with prestigious wines (more than 700 references!): The entire selection is made directly by the owner who the French vineyards to find rare pearls. The cellar boasts an impressive collection of champagnes, as well as a selection of quality spirits. And for epicureans, the Moulin au Château cellar also houses a delicatessen. Domaine de Vosne's winemakers bring you excellent wines from their winery in Gilly-les-Cîteaux. Taste Les Bas de Vosne, produced from a plot in the commune of Vosne-Romanée, a light wine made from a blend of two grape varieties: pinot noir and gamay. Also try L'Hermitage, a Hautes Côtes-de-Nuits, a wine that can be kept for three to five years, made from plots in the hills above Nuits-Saint-Georges. Tastings by appointment at the domaine.

Still a vineyard converted into hostellerie. It stretches over 7 acres of lush: lawn, wood, orchard and garden, which invite to relaxation, with tasting. Silence is disturbed only by the birds singing and the squealing of squirrels. Sabine and Claude Weschbilling reserve the same reception with their guests. Their helpfulness has only equalled good humour of Sabine and the genius of do-it-yourselfer Claude. The cottage, completely independent, has three large rooms. The manor houses, it, a pretty guesthouse. For those who want it, Sabine, Lorraine of Mediterranean origin but of heart, concoct tasty regional dishes with products from the estate - vegetables, fruit, eggs. L'Espitalet is 5 kilometers from Carcassonne: it is a holiday resort relaxing, easy access and close to all amenities.

Located in Bourdic, this is a private, family-run winery, founded in 1925, where wine is a carefully-crafted nectar, a domain of excellence with prices almost equivalent to those of the winegrowers' cellar. Mediterranean grape varieties - Grenache noir, Carignan and Syrah for reds and rosés, Grenache blanc and Viognier for whites - are used to produce AOP Duché d'Uzès. Extra-meridional varieties, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon for reds, Chardonnay and Sauvignon for whites, are used to make IGP Coteaux du Pont du Gard wines.

This characterful terroir brings power and elegance to the Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Viognier and Chardonnay grape varieties that make it up and flourish here. The vineyard's privileged geographical location enables it to produce a wide variety of appellations: IGP Pays d'Oc, IGP Cévennes and AOP Duché d'Uzès. The "Vignes, Vins et Patrimoine" (Vines, Wines and Heritage) discovery trail, with its explanatory panels, starts at the winery and offers a delightful stroll through the vineyards.

A native of Savigny from a family of winegrowers, Emmanuel Rostaing trained as a winemaker in Burgundy, Beaujolais and New Zealand, before returning to the land of his childhood to make wines in his own image. These natural wines - produced organically and biodynamically - bring out the best in an incredible mosaic of terroirs, benefiting from a remarkable ecosystem on the estate's 10 hectares. Coteaux du Lyonnais A.O.P. red and white. Fruity finesse and elegance for gourmet wines full of meaning and emotion.

Since 2016, Luc Fonta has launched his domaine des 3 Mazets as an independent winemaker. This great enthusiast, lover of life, cultivates 6 ha of vines according to the principles of agroecology and agroforestry. As a companion of the soil he works, he works to develop biodiversity on his plots. Throughout the year, he implements actions that promote soil life and minimize soil erosion. In bottle, he currently offers four generous red wines, certified organic. Concentrated, they are best enjoyed at the table.

Which beer to choose? This question may seem trivial. However, it is not so simple to choose the ideal drink, especially when you want to discover new flavors. That's why at the beer cellar Aux fûts percés you will be perfectly guided by specialists. So, are you more of an Anosteké blonde, which was voted best blonde beer in the world in 2021, or a fan of the Georges beers that are made in the region? Or do you prefer non-alcoholic beers? Also goodies, glasses or magnums.

Set to witness the agricultural activity of these steep lands, which are suitable for orchards, they are also in the culture of the vine, which has long made the village live and now gives rise to taste celebration. La Cave Assemblage, based in Capdenac-Gare, is a veritable Ali Baba's cave for wine and spirits enthusiasts. With over 600 carefully selected wine references, as well as a wide selection of spirits and craft beers, the cellar will satisfy all palates and desires. Since taking over the establishment in 2017, Anne-Lise and Gautier Berthet have continued to enrich and diversify their offering, with the recent addition of a selection of mature cheeses to accompany their beverage selections. Falguières wines is a family winery founded in 1954. The speciality of the house: wines from the Aveyron (Marcillac, Entraygues, le Fel, Estaing, Côtes de Millau...). This does not prevent Maëlle Falguières from bringing out a few very good bottles of Burgundy or Beaujolais and even grands crus! Most of the bottles come from small producers that the owner does not hesitate to meet regularly on the production site. Other local alcoholic beverages, such as Pastis de Homs, can also be found in the shop.

No you are not dreaming, such a name was predestined for the vine and wine. Marc, a former cellar master, offers a beautiful range of wines, not hesitating to go and discover the estates all over France from which he brings back precious beverages. Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne are not to be outdone. Since 1996, this small cellar has been full of very good products -whiskies, cognacs, absinthes, beers and gift boxes- which allow you to keep a tasty souvenir of this address, which is a little confidential in the eyes of the general public.

As the villages in the cellars of the Tarn valley remind us, the area around Millau has always been favourable to wine growing. The sandstone and schist soils are subject to the Mediterranean influence and to strong thermal amplitudes. The new winegrowers have managed to restore this 65-hectare vineyard and plant suitable grape varieties: Gamay Noir is present in the red wines, and in the whites, associated with Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Fer Servadou.

Under the name of the vineyards Montreux de Fages, two men passionate about wine: Guy Rambier and Jacques Turn operate two areas in organic agriculture. One in Gabian, near Pézenas, the other on slopes between Marseillan and Mèze, Bel Air Cross domain. 46 ha produce wines from the countries of oc, including the White Wedding and the Cuvée of Midnight.

Muscat petit grain is the ideal host for the region's hard limestone. On nearly 30 hectares, the Miquel family plants, cultivates and produces Muscats of gastronomic and international renown. Carrying on the family tradition, they cultivate their vines and bottle a Muscat that is long on the palate, syrupy, and as limpid as a patch of sunshine. But other grape varieties are also part of the mix to produce AOC Minervois wines of excellent reputation: grenache, carignan, syrah... Since 2018, our wines have been awarded the High Environmental Value label.

Claude Jourdan, second generation of women winemakers, creates terroir wines with his Piquepoul, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Roussanne, Syrah, Grenache... Planted by the sea, its vines evolve in the sea spray, benefiting from its fresh and humid benefits. This location develops fresh white wines like Picpoul de Pinet, and fruity reds. In the cellar, the wines are vinified and aged in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks. The domain and its ten wines are labeled High Environmental Value.

Whether red, rosé, white, strong or sweet, you're sure to appreciate the wines of Saint Jean de Minervois. Fans of muscat petit grain come from all over the world: straw-yellow color with green highlights, powerful nose with a hint of lemongrass, quince, acacia flower and a lovely roundness on the palate. You'll also find muscat marc brandy, "Vendanges d'automne", dry muscat, AOC Minervois red and the cuvée de Muscat de Noël!

At the foot of the Gardiole massif lies the vineyard of La Cave de Rabelais, where the vines are planted with a single grape variety, the white Muscat à petit grain, spread over two villages, Vic-la-Gardiole and Mireval. The tasting area of the Cave de Rabelais is an invitation to enter the funny and generous universe of this whimsical character that was François Rabelais, who quoted this beverage that he appreciated during his studies in Montpellier, in one of his writings. Since then, time has passed and Rabelais' cellar still seduces fine palates.

Between sea and pond, the Pastourel family cultivates their vineyard planted with small-grain white Muscat grapes. Visible from the road, the estate is well worth a visit. A visit to the cellar is worthwhile, as you'll discover the latest techniques in vine-growing, including software to control vinification. The house produces sweet, mellow, dry and sparkling muscats: something for everyone! Their cellar also offers a wide range of Languedoc wines (over 100 different estates) selected by the winemaker.

Since 1992, Marc Valette has maintained the same philosophy: to make the wine he loves, in harmony with the terroir. Thus was born this estate, planted with 80% Syrah, where the grapes are harvested in crates and over-ripe. The result is structured, powerful wines, both the Cuvée Maghani and the Cuvée Une et Mille Nuits. The latter is particularly captivating, with its garnet-red color enhanced by ruby highlights. On the nose, a series of black fruits follow: blackberry, a hint of fig and blackcurrant. The palate offers dense yet subtle tannins.

It is by tasting the wine of the Boss, not far from where we discovered this wine grower, which rises in the heart of the shale of the red, rosé and white Saint Chinian, in bottles or in bulk. Andréus was regaled from a beautiful assembly of Mourvèdre, Syrah and Carignan. It is a generous wine that develops fruit aromas. A good address!

In 1623, Pierre Mercadier planted the first vines. The estate, handed down from mother to daughter, was enriched with schist terroirs under the direction of Christine and Luc. The Clos Bagatelle coat of arms, a woman in armor, foretells an adventurous history. Today, Luc manages the vineyards, Christine, his sister, the marketing and Françoise looks after the estate and exports. A place where challenges are met in a spirit of complicity to offer fine, quality wines: AOC Saint-Chinian red and rosé, a white and Muscat de Saint-Jean-de Minervois.

Domaine La Madura, a vineyard in the Saint-Chinian appellation, boasts a wide diversity of soils, grape varieties and microclimates. Nadia and Cyril Bourgne moved here from Bordeaux in 1999. The multiple terroirs, with their varied schist, sandstone and clay-limestone soils, create a unique mosaic. The relief and fluctuating altitude allow for staggered harvests for optimal ripening. Respect for the environment is at the heart of our work in the vineyards, which have been awarded the Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) and Agriculture Biologique (AB) labels.

This estate, located on the clay-limestone soils of the Thau Basin, now has 42 hectares planted with vines. For generations, the Banq family has cultivated La Madeleine Saint Jean with expertise. The land is home to a wide variety of grape varieties that allow for the production of a range of twelve "Pays d'Oc" wines, some of which are the subject of original and typical blends. In the wine cellar, talented oenologists are in charge. You can discover the cellar and the winery which are located in the small fishing port of Marseillan.

The estate draws its heritage from ancestral know-how, from winegrowing since the ^11th century to silk production in the flourishing era of sericulture in Languedoc, when the mas served as a magnanerie. Since its takeover in 2017, the winemakers have focused on creating authentic wines. The wines, classified as AOP Terrasses du Larzac, AOP Languedoc or IGP Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, are of remarkable quality. They are beginning to win medals in French and international wine competitions.

December 2018 saw the start of the Fonjoya adventure, the result of the merger of the Saint-Félix-Saint-Jean and Saint-Saturnin-de-Lucian cooperative wineries, established since the early ^20th century. Strengthened by their respective histories, they decided to join forces and cultivate the vineyards of the same territory together. The term Fonjoya has its origins in Languedoc dialect, derived from Occitan: "font" means fountain and "joia" evokes joy.

Classified as AOC Saint-Chinian-Roquebrun and Saint-Chinian, with over 800 gold medals in ten years, the Roquebrun vineyard is located in the Haut-Languedoc Regional Park, 30 km north of Béziers. It benefits from an exceptional microclimate, enabling the cultivation of orange and lemon trees. Referred to as the "Little Nice of the Hérault", it is one of the Orb valley's most popular tourist destinations. This climate, combined with its characteristic schist soils, produces supple, elegant wines that are a benchmark in the Languedoc region.

This estate is located in a crater formed by the impact of a meteorite that fell 10,000 years ago. Among the 1,300 private wineries in the Hérault, Domaine du Météore caught our eye not only for its name, but above all for its wines. In particular, they offer a tasting box enabling you to discover the diversity of their 5 red wines. Fresh, with silky tannins and a long finish, there's something for everyone! In summer, concerts and tasting tours are organized at the estate. And, of course, wine takes center stage.

Château de la Liquière, one of the oldest estates in the Faugères appellation, has been in existence since the ^17th century. This family-run business has been modernized from generation to generation. The vineyard extends over 55 ha of schist, in the heart of the garrigue, holm oak forests and scrubland. The Vidal-Dumoulin family's passion for sustainable agriculture, manual harvesting, balanced blending and delicate vinification are the hallmarks of their approach. La Liquière offers two white wines, seven reds and three rosés.
