A native of Savigny from a family of winegrowers, Emmanuel Rostaing trained as a winemaker in Burgundy, Beaujolais and New Zealand, before returning to the land of his childhood to make wines in his own image. These natural wines - produced organically and biodynamically - bring out the best in an incredible mosaic of terroirs, benefiting from a remarkable ecosystem on the estate's 10 hectares.
