Another wine area converted into a winery. It covers 7 hectares of vegetation: pelouse, wood, orchard and vegetable garden invite you to relax and to drink. Silence is disturbed only by the singing of birds and the couinement of squirrels. Sabine and Claude Weschbilling reserve the same greeting to their guests. Their kindness is matched only by Sabine's good mood and the Bidouilleur genius of Claude. The hotel is completely independent and has three large rooms. The master house houses a cute guest room. For those who wish, Sabine, Lorraine of origin but Mediterranean of Heart, with good regional dishes with products of the domain - vegetables, fruits, eggs. The Espitalet is just 5 kilometres from Carcassonne: it is a relaxing resort, easy to access and a few steps from all amenities.
