This brewery is the story of a passionate couple who came from Toulouse to live off their passion in the heart of Bigouden country. After training in the cultivation of hops, they went on to create their own craft beers with a rich variety of flavors. Open Tuesday and Wednesday, 10am to 1pm and 2.30pm to 7pm; Thursday to Saturday, 10am to 1pm and 2.30pm to 7.30pm. Opening hours for Pont L'Abbé boutique, 18ter place Gambetta. Tap room open only in season.

Merlin is a microbrewery based in Penmarch. It offers a wide range of craft beers, brewed with organic Breton malt, as well aslocal fruit, vegetables and shellfish. Their beers are brewed according to the rhythm of the seasons and with top-quality ingredients .To protect them from UV, heat, light and oxidation, they come in 100% recyclable aluminum cans. This means less environmental impact and preservation of all their flavors. What's more,there's a taproom (bar) on site, where you canchat and let off steam with friends and family.
