Domaine Orsini has been described as the cathedral of modern gourmet delights. Originally famous for its AOC Calvi wines, it has expanded its production to include handcrafted aperitifs made from the fruits and plants of the maquis. You can come and taste orange or peach aperitifs, Muscat and Cap Corse, as well as liqueurs with scents of chestnut, wild blackberry, arbutus and citron, almond or fig and hazelnut, and an assortment of jams, nougats, fruit jellies and Maquisettes. This large, beautiful estate offers wines from the 3 valleys of the Armançon, Serein and Yonne. The result is a wide range, including organic wines. Chardonnay in the Bourgogne Tonnerre and Chablis appellations, with no fewer than 5 Grands Crus. Pinot Noir with Bourgogne Épineuil and Irancy. The discovery of the vineyard and the presentation of the different wines of the domain are done in the magnificent vaulted and paved cellar. Its cellars are steeped in history, as the Cossé family has occupied the place for over five centuries! The dark-coloured Anjou-Villages-Brissac evokes leather and undergrowth, while the light-coloured Rosé d'Anjou will refresh you on sunny days. The Cabernet d'Anjou, for its part, offers aromas combining red fruits with mint and pepper. The price of the bottles (competitive) ranges between 7 and 8 €.

Here's a brewery with its heart firmly rooted in its land! Pierre-François Maestracci, the son of a winegrower, has been bottling Corsican terroir for over ten years, using local agricultural and artisanal ingredients to produce his beers with a strong character. Brewed with water from the "U Canale " spring at the foot of the mountain in Patrimonio, the beers are also elegantly bottled and aged. We appreciate the beauty of the bottles, the authenticity and inventiveness of the flavors!

Along the way, don't miss La Sapinière. A visit to the estate, from the orchards to the cellars, is a fascinating immersion in the heart of a family history lovingly perpetuated for six generations. Regularly awarded laurels at regional competitions, the estate's production includes four nectars: cider, the flagship product, pommeau, calvados and apple juice. There's a cider for every palate, available in four cuvées: demi-sec, brut, "Verger du littoral" and, at the top of the bill, the special "Rivage du Bessin" cuvée, star of La Sapinière.

Founded in 1925, this cooperative winery is steeped in history. In this beautiful, modern space, you can discover and taste the diversity of Touraine wines, as the Beaujardin vineyard represents 7 wine-growing communes with rich terroirs and soils, producing distinctive wines. 10 grape varieties, 4 AOP... The brainchild of three childhood friends who were both keen globetrotters and knowledgeable beer enthusiasts, this microbrewery offers hoppy beverages with incomparable flavors, the fruit of the experiences of Luc, Thibaut and Jean-Cyril. These three musketeers of the foam brewery offer classic beers: Cirrus (White India Pale Ale), Mosaïc (Pale Ale), Hindi (India Pale Ale). And then there's Beerstorming, ephemeral brews created to suit the seasons. All this can be enjoyed on site in the Brewup, which combines bar and boutique!

Since 1775, this 15 hectare estate has been producing expressive and easy-drinking wines with passion. The estate has been run for thirty years by Jean-Christophe (and his wife Valérie) whose desire to respect the terroirs led him to convert to organic and biodynamic farming over twenty years ago. We take advantage of the ancestral cellar to taste his wines. We love the Kronenbourg Riesling, 93/100 by Wine Enthusiast, a mineral wine with notes of citrus and honey, or the Crémant d'Alsace Extra-Brut grande cuvée with an elegant nose and fine bubbles.

With over 25 years' experience in gastronomy, Christophe Cavani has built up a solid reputation with big names such as Alain Ducasse. Surrounded by his children, Pauline and Valentin, he offers his specialities for takeaway. A delivery service is available at lunchtime. Cocktail platters and aperitif boxes are also available. But don't forget to make a reservation. All you have to do is heat up! And if you change your mind, the restaurant is right next door to the boutique.

Founded in 1959, this cooperative brings together nearly 80 winegrowers and 150 hectares of vines. Some plots are on the terroirs of the Grands Crus Ollwiller, Spiegel and Zinnkoepflé. The winery houses a museum and a shop stocked with regional products. The Soultz-Wuenheim wine trail and the vineyards of the Château d'Ollwiller are strong witnesses to the wine tourism developed here. The estate is undergoing organic conversion, with the first 2020 vintages!

To make good beer, you need water, good ingredients and a lot of passion! Superb renovation of a building transformed into a craft brewery with the Made in Chartreuse label. The beauty of the walls, the raw materials and the magnificent terrace make it a pleasure to taste the house beers - blonde, white, amber, triple and ephemerals - as well as a mojito bière or a virgin mojito made with homemade lemonade, all accompanied by a gourmet board. Matthieu Kuehn runs with passion this 8-hectare family estate, which collects awards: 3 gold medals at the National Cremant Competition, 17 at the Best Paris Wines Competition, 4 at the Mâcon Competition... A success that can be appreciated in a cellar where the welcome is equal to the wines tasted. Some vintages prove to be exceptional, notably the Riesling Grand Cru Eichberg with intense citrus notes. As for the Crémant d'Alsace Brut 100% Riesling, the Revue du Vin de France awarded it the superb score of 17/20!

Built in 1878 on the butte Sainte-Nicaise, this English neo-Gothic château is a landmark of the Rémois landscape. A guided tour of the estate begins with a 116-step staircase leading down to the cellars 30 meters below ground. The House has also developed a new concept, called "Visite Brut Royal", which invites you to visit the cellars on your own and discover every facet of the estate, thanks to a smartphone application. A superb ^18th-century bastide overlooking the 10-hectare vineyard estate, Château Bonisson produces an AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence wine. Since 2017, the Le Dorze family has developed it according to their own values of quality, authenticity and sharing. It is the daughter, Victoire who manages the estate, she made the choice of organic farming, using the horse to plow the rows and makes the harvest entirely by hand. The Cave coopérative de Tain is a benchmark for pleasure and oenology. Established since 1933, at the foot of the famous Hermitage hill, the Cave de Tain, leading producer of the northern crus (Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, Cornas and Saint-Péray), has been awarded the Vignobles et Découvertes and Vignerons engagés labels. Since its creation in 1955, the cooperative cellar of Turckheim has become one of the best references by producing wines faithful to their origins and with their own identity. Founded in 1962 by Gilbert Miclo, this family distillery is now run by the^3rd generation. This team of distillers and fruit liqueurists also presents a range of IGN whisky, a range of gins as well as vodkas and festive aperitifs. It is an essential place for Alsatian culture and gastronomy, especially in the Welche region. Guided tours of the installations (stills, cellars, ageing vats) and the didactic garden. The Château de Marsannay is one of the 3 properties of the Halley family with the Marché aux Vins and the Château de Meursault. It has 40 ha of vineyards, including 28 ha on the best terroirs of the Marsannay appellation. This microbrewery's beers have a wicked sense of humor! You can't visit the cider factory's production facilities, but you'll be warmly welcomed here. Francis Dupont's Cidrerie de la Brique has come a long way since it was founded in 1953. The nectars are made from apples (and pears) harvested in Cotentin orchards planted with traditional, high-stemmed apple trees and more recent, low-stemmed apple trees of carefully selected varieties. In addition to cider, you'll find pommeau, poiré, organic apple juice... and a 33 cl format called La Brick.
