Alsatian culinary tradition, sauerkraut has had its brotherhood since 1987. Indeed, the member restaurateurs are committed to serving a dish based on sauerkraut all year round! Simone and Gérard, Matthieu and his wife Chantal Rich are bee operators and producers. This family adventure began in 2000 when Matthew, the son, then cabinetmaker began to become a professional beekeeper. He likes to work in the air and is the third generation to be passionate about bees. The hives are located on the Vosges slope on a plot of 14 ares. The Rich family has a herd of 500 to 600 hives and produces six kinds of honey thanks to transhumance. The honey, whose benefits are no longer to be proven, is becoming a soft and decorative product. The two flagship products are gingerbread and nougat. Moreover, they are part of the network Welcome to the Farm. Wherever they are and regardless of family member, the visitor's reception is authentic!

The 19 members produce, good year after year, around 2 000 hectolitres of red wine, 300 hectolitres of rosé and 50 hectolitres of white. Guided by Alain Montrozier, the cellar constantly improves its wines and even enriches its range. It had until then a rosé where gamay dominates, a white, Peysir, marriage of chenin and mauzac, a red, Lords de Peyreviel, marriage of gamay, cabernet, syrah and iron servadou, typical grape varieties. She has just been enriched by Maître Master of Sampettes, a generous wine from a selection of old parcels, high in oak barrels. The wine cellar offers wine tastings and a country wine and aperitifs. In association with other producers, she invites the discovery of a «vineyard path» and a cellar visits.

The signature of this wine, dominated by the Cabernet Franc grape variety, is its well marked tannins and notes of red fruit, animal and pepper. But the wines of the Coteaux du Quercy are also available in rosés, pleasantly fruity and in pleasant and balanced red wines. Their quality has been rewarded by obtaining the Appellation d'Origine Vin Délimité de Qualité Supérieure coteaux du Quercy which is now controlled and defended by a syndicate.

There are 195 winegrowers in the Gers, producing gascognes, floc, armagnac, Saint Mont, madiran and pacherenc. To build a strong image around their products, the federation has launched the Charte du vigneron récoltant (winemaker's charter): the winemaker undertakes to work his vines, vinify and distill his wine, bottle his own products, market only his own production, and welcome and enjoy presenting the fruit of his labor at tastings.

This domain spreads over 12 hectares of which more than 7 hectares are on the famous Grand Cru Brand terroir. Its vineyard is composed for a good part of old vines of more than 40 years, and even 70 years for some! Conducted 100% biodynamically since 2016, Domaine Armand Hurst produces healthy and unadorned, yet powerful and racy wines. Céline Metz and her partner Jean-Michel are passionate about their 10-hectare estate, and their watchword is sharing! Michel Goettelmann has been running this 9-hectare family estate between Châtenois and Scherwiller for over 30 years now. The Becker family has been established in Zellenberg for four centuries. They have been pampering their superb organic vineyard for 25 years. The name of this artisanal bakery dedicated to the good breads of yesteryear is a wink to the Turlutin, mischievous elf whose name is chanted at the time of the festival of Saint-Martin with the liking of a childish rhyme.
