This small Romanian boutique is undoubtedly one of the city’s most gourmet addresses. There are all the great classics of French pastry, mastered perfectly by Philippe Bertin - a craftsman who tastes good. Sweet beams can delight the delicious specialties of the house, including: the famous apple pie with its fine pastry and its mountain of caramelized apples that threatens to collapse, the tangy lemon tart and its meringue topping, with its chocolate of all kinds. Every season, new recipes are added to the usual gourmets. In winter, the salty butter tart will delight your palate. In summer, treat yourself to the ice creams and sorbets of the house. Go down!

Une excellente pâtisserie qui a malheureusement fermé ses portes fin juillet ???? Une des meilleures religieuses de Rouen et le baba au rhum à tomber, bien imbibé. Les prix y étaient un peu plus élevés que dans les boulangeries du coin mais tout était tellement bien travaillé ! Je regrette beaucoup leur fermeture.
