Le tire-fesse invites you to immerse yourself in the Savoyard world and other 100% Alpine themes, with all its nods to Gigi, Jean-Claude and Popeye. The scenography is perfected, even going so far as to offer you the chance to eat... in a gondola! The menu features fondues and raclettes, of course, but also other Savoyard specialties (roast cheese, crozet gratin, etc.), meats (ribs, beef ribs, duck breast, etc.) and burgers. Carpaccio of salmon gravlax, old-fashioned veal blanquette, hake or monkfish depending on the arrival, always served with beautiful accompaniments (old-fashioned rice, small vegetables from the market, salads), it's good and hearty! The chef is renowned for his homemade foie gras, which won him the Papilles d'or prize (culinary competition organized by the Paris Chamber of Commerce). The guests will be tempted by a tea or a gourmet coffee, a tiramisu, a chocolate mousse with several textures and chocolate flavors according to the chef's inspiration. Dishes can be ordered on the spot or to take away and continuously from Wednesday. It is also a bar with a beautiful wine list, draft beers and sublime aperitif boards (raw milk cheeses, farmhouse) and cocktails for convivial evenings.
