Here you can slump into the leather sofas to enjoy a delicious grape juice, leaving the children around the coloring table. You can also visit the store to find a painting for your home decoration, a piece of clothing, a designer jewel, but also vinyl CDs, for nice gift ideas. You can also sit down together around the long wooden table to play a game of board games while listening to good music. At lunchtime, the restaurant serves salads and gratins or the dish of the day, just like at home. At aperitif time, the beer and wine bar invites you to discover the local circuits with beautiful local references. You can also find the great Ti' bio rums and other nice drinks and snack breaks. Chipie has set up vegetable and fruit baskets that can be picked up on site (Friday afternoon and Saturday morning). You can also find here raw milk, eggs, yoghurt, fresh or matured cheeses, tea, coffee, chocolate, honey... The producers are all within 25 km! This is THE place for beautiful initiatives! From time to time, the terrace hosts concerts. Beautiful moments of sharing are to be expected in this new place of life. At Peste et Chipie, we let ourselves live.

The 2022/2023 season brought change to the ONPL, as it welcomed Sascha Goetzel as Music Director for the next 4 seasons. In 2023, he embarks on his second year with an attractive program and a new Europe Music Edition. A season of 32 programs. The ONPL choir will be in the spotlight, performing requiems by Mozart and Verdi. The choir will also be on hand for Heritage Days. There's also the opening concert with Franco-Serbian violinist Nemanja Radulovic, the Romantics with pianist Marie-Ange Nguci, Mozart's Requiem revisited by Pierre-Henri Dutron... and so much more to discover! Not forgetting film-concerts and family concerts(La cuisine de la cheffe, Le Tour du Monde en 80 jours, etc.). During the lunch break, you can also take advantage of our fantastic Pauses-concert series, featuring 45 minutes of music performed by a small group of musicians. Everyone will be able to vibrate to the sound of the music told by this talented orchestra, whose main mission is to create emotions. The promise of great moments in the company of the ONPL!

The café-concert Le Tempo is well known to Guémené residents. Since 2021, Nico and Émilie have been the happy owners. Part games bar, part concert venue, part meeting place, this bar is an authentic living space with a gentle family atmosphere. Upstairs is a veritable Ali Baba's cave, where any board game enthusiast will find something to his or her liking! It's also a coworking space. Saturday evenings are devoted to concerts at reasonable prices. Tempo is the place to be in this small village.

Le Bidule is "The place to be in Pornichet"! Located in the street of bars and restaurants, the place is known well beyond the borders of the department. The Bidule combines a cellar and a bar impossible to circumvent. The atmosphere is ultra-convivial and animated. You can enjoy your glass of Banyuls and Muscat in a Pyrex glass standing in front of the barrels. This bar opened in 1947, and all generations still meet there. The place is particularly crowded on weekends. And an original idea to bring back to a meal with friends: consider buying a bottle at the bar!

On the first floor of the restaurant Les Caudalies, we discover this pretty place: Le Décalé. Both a tapas bar and a wine bar, this place, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, is dedicated to beautiful bottles and beautiful boards to share with friends or colleagues,... You come here for afterwork evenings, cocktail dinners, wine tasting. This wine bar offers an à la carte menu of about forty wines by the glass and by the bottle from different regions of France and foreign countries. But also boards of cold meats and cheese, sandwiches, salads of the moment ... Seasonal nibbles are made from products selected by the chef. You will be delighted with the boards with evocative and well-smelling names: Oh la cochonne! (assortment of cold meats), Ah la vache ! (cheeses), Tapas bien! (tapas)... And we savour the sandwiches served on salad: Y'a pas de bê... (roast goat's cheese, tomato confit, dried duck breast), Are you hot Momo ? (brie de Meaux roasted with honey, Nantes bacon), We smoked Nemo ! (fresh country cheese with herbs, home-made gravelly salmon)... To discover!

What if you turned into Sherlock Holmes for the time of an investigation? Are you ready? Go to La Ligue des Gentlemen to take part in a live escape game, in other words a life-size game. La Ligue is one of the very first escape games to be created in Nantes. The gentlemen will welcome you in a uniform adapted to your mission. A room opened in April 2023 at 6, rue du Guesclin (mission Haut Vol). Depending on the game you choose, these charming master gamers (MG) will give you an appointment on one or the other site. On the practical side, this escape game is accessible after having constituted your team (friends, colleagues, family) from 2 to 6 people. You can choose from 7 missions: "LU" or how to get your hands on the original recipe of Petit Lu in 1897; or "Feydeau". The principle remains the same: 1 hour watch in hand to get out of the room or rooms and solve the enigma. Each mission takes place in a dedicated space, with careful decoration. You have to observe, think, use logic and agility to find keys, codes and other mechanisms. The experience is of course fun, even if you don't always manage to get out before the hour! The Gentlemen's welcome lives up to its name!

If it was at the beginning in 1916 a neighborhood dance hall, the Concorde is today an institution of the Zola and Chantenay neighborhoods, that Fanny and Sylvain Clochard keep alive 365 days a year. With its 4 screens, this superb neighborhood cinema, classified as "art et essai", is run by enthusiasts who offer us the chance to (re)watch recently released or older, cult films. Young audience screenings are regularly offered. A single common point: quality! For more than 100 years, the Concorde has been telling us stories, for our greatest pleasure! The cinema will even expand in 2027!

Built in the ^18th century by architect Mathurin de Crucy, it is a landmark in the city's landscape. The sumptuous Théâtre Graslin is home to the Angers Nantes Opéra, a program of opera, dance and concerts. The 2023-2024 season will feature the opera Béatrice et Bénédict (Hector Berlioz), Le Retour d'Ulysse dans sa patrie (Claudio Monteverdi), concerts by the Conservatoire "Romantisme... à la française", Cosa Rara and the family show Si tous les gars du monde. At Christmas, we'll be enchanted by the choiroratorio concert. For the sweet voices of the world, Les Mélismes des Steppes takes us on a journey to Mongolia, and the Canzoniere Grecanico Salentino to Puglia in Italy. Great shows to discover!

We come to this pretty café-boutique to enjoy a carefully selected specialty coffee. There is a selection of three coffee origins, three continents and three different profiles depending on the season. On the menu, filter coffee, cappuccino, V60, espresso; organic tea, home-made juices... But also a sweet homemade offer: carrot cakes, cookies, brownies, and for lunch breaks: spinach soup, potatoes and salted granola, or Orzo pasta salad, roasted carrots, pecan nuts, brocciu and organic egg.

This is a warm and friendly address where you can enjoy a drink on the sunny terrace in summer evenings, at the counter or in the small room in the middle of the masks and giraffes. Josy offers Bières beers and prepares delicious cocktails that you can enjoy: the mask based on vodka, Malibu, Curacao, grapefruit, the Passion for rum, fruits of passion, ginger, lemon and Monai, a cocktail without banana-based alcohol, pear and orange. Cherries on beverage cake or parasols, these cocktails are the cheapest in Nantes, from 1,60 €, and the aperitif is accompanied by a small surprise to bite.

Located in the Saint-Paul district (Pont-Rousseau), this cinema is the only cinema in Rezé and it is associative. Dating back to 1936, it has the old-fashioned charm of yesteryear and has a unique but vast hall with more than 400 seats with wide, soft red armchairs and large red curtains on either side of the screen. Each session begins with a short film followed by an intermission during which an usher comes by to sell sweets. A relaxed family atmosphere is guaranteed! Programming: new releases, Ciné Minos screenings for children (the first Sunday of the month), Ciné Thèmes evenings for grown-ups and a cycle of Les Grands Classiques (once a month). Every first Sunday of the month, a cinema poster sale is organised. Also noteworthy, in May, the short film festival: Montre-moi ton court! which presents short films made by all audiences.

The location of this bar is ideal and above all, it has an impressive terrace that can accommodate up to 150 guests. A well-kept frame with a contemporary (charcoal/pistachio) choice and an efficient service provided by a dynamic team. Small dining with homemade home, salads, sandwiches and pancakes. Ice creams are artisanales. Concerts on Saturdays evenings and up to two or three per week in the summer.

Where do Piriacais and holidaymakers meet in the evening to have a drink in a friendly, warm and festive atmosphere? At the Transat, of course! Exposed stone walls, fireplace, piles of frames and other objects hung at the four corners of the bar. So many trinkets that tell the story of the pub and its regulars who have been there. Mandatory stop at aperitif time, not sure to come out soon!

In the pleasant Olivettes district, the Zygo Bar is a colorful concert café. There's always something going on in this densely-packed venue. On stage, you'll find gypsy jazz, blues, rap, rock, folk, reggae and slam. There are also salsa and flamenco classes, exhibitions, games evenings and magic shows. The place is teeming with cultural and artistic news. On the menu: wines from local producers, quality beers on draught or the Zygonnette house shooter served in small bottles like a magic potion with the taste of Baileys enhanced by other secret ingredients.

Marion and Ivan have opened this pretty little store designed for cocoa lovers. Imagine: cocoa beans imported from a cooperative in the province of Chiapas in Mexico (without intermediaries, in the respect of fair trade) crushed and roasted before your eyes before forming bars, coulis, ice creams, hot and cold drinks... Without preservatives or cocoa butter... Drinks as well as bars can be flavored with many flavors: chili, cinnamon, ginger, crushed hazelnuts, gingerbread mix, coconut, sesame, fleur de sel, almonds, raisins, cranberries, edible flower petals... Among our favorites: chocolate making. You can make your own chocolate bar from the cocoa bean during a 2-hour workshop or simply discover the origins of cocoa (1-hour workshop)!

Excellent news: the Cité du Music-Hall has landed in Nantes and taken off in the Sémaphore hall on the Ile de Nantes. This 282-seat venue has been completely renovated, with comfortable blue seats and beautiful effects to enhance the shows. Rare in France, this human-scale venue is entirely devoted to music hall. We love the closeness between the audience and the performers, and have a really good time. Actors, dancers, singers and sometimes acrobats, we're delighted to discover the Revue de la Cloche and the diverse programming of the Cité du Music-Hall. Excellent news for promoting, preserving and supporting talented artists, and it's in Nantes!
