Mathieu Guibert, starred chef at the Anne de Bretagne restaurant, set himself and Claire a new challenge when they took over this waterfront establishment in 2024. His aim was to create a place dedicated to the sea, with a cuisine based on seafood and local produce, accessible to all. We love the fine, flavorful cuisine as much as we love the bright setting and superb tableware, perfectly highlighting haddock, clementine and dill, followed by steamed pollock, fennel and cotriade. And finally, the blueberry tartelette with sage chantilly: delicious.
