Since September 2020, there is something new in the catering of the Ora third place towards balance. The healthy, local, often organic, but always gourmet cuisine is now sung by four hands. The two new chefs, Fabien Dormeau and Matthias Beretta, who met while training to become chefs, both have a Franco-Italian culture and an infectious good mood. This mixture of two countries with essential gastronomy, combined with influences gleaned from their travels, guides the content of their menus. Classics twisted and revisited in a perfect balance of flavours are found in their weekly culinary proposals without forgetting vegetarians and flexitarians. What a pleasure to taste dishes that transport you to new lands while rediscovering the authentic taste of each food!
