Let yourself be carried away by the upscale cuisine of this gourmet restaurant with its hushed ambience. Chef Jérémy Coirier combines local produce from the Brière region and the ocean, with just the right amount of originality to create the charm of his cuisine. For example, try the line-caught whiting with coffee impregnation, textured cauliflower, leafy clementine and tangy citrus butter, or the Bresse poularde with truffled yellow wine sauce, crushed ratte potato and puffed apple. Finish with Castel Marie-Louise's crêpe Suzette.

Le restaurant est gastronomique, le service est irréprochable, la cuisine est créative, avec des produits frais, le cadre est un peu vieillot, Mais sa situation sur la baie de la Baule et proche de l’esplanade Benoit est un atout certain.

Nous y sommes allés grâce à un coffret offert par des collègues. Ce restaurant gastronomique est sublime : plats, service, proximité de la mer et de la plage.

Très bon restaurant au sein d'un hotel authentique baulois. Il est agréablement bien situé, proche de la mer et surtout de la célèbre plage Benoît. Problème principal : le stationnement pas facile dans ce coin de la Baule en pleine saison.
