The association In a Moulin offers you various actions to raise awareness of the environment and sustainable development. In the programme: the discovery, protection and recovery of endangered assets. For small and large, several activities to discover fully. For three years, on Wednesday and Saturday morning, small people will be able to get acquainted with donkeys and animals in the lower court. They will learn how to bring animals together, as well as the sensory links to weave with them, how to feed or caresser them. Ballades of donkeys are also part of the party giving participants the opportunity to love such gentle animals, which also make it possible to gain self-confidence and to take a different look at nature. As for the creative leisure workshop, it presents, in other respects, courses around the decoration of ecological interiors with the work of lime, paper, land… In a Moulin offering intelligent, eco-friendly leisure for the whole family in harmony with our environment.

Open for over 20 years, El Cap offers over 2,300 m² of climbing space (1,700 m² dedicated to rope climbing and 600 m² to bouldering), suitable for both experienced climbers and beginners. El Cap is a great jump into the world of climbing. Bright and colorful, the color-marked climbing routes change regularly, offering new routes for regular climbers. Different types of profile are available to help you progress. There are also courses for beginners and advanced climbers, supervised by state-certified instructors, and courses during the school vacations. A mountain store, for professional equipment, is also included in El Cap's extensive range. What's more, a brand-new training room has just been opened! And scoop: since summer 2023, a new sea canyoning activity can be practised in Batz-sur-Mer with El Cap instructors!

Cwtch is pronounced "coutch" and it means cuddle in Welsh. It's the first word Marion learned when she lived in Wales. From there, she brings us a concept, still not very widespread in France: painting on earthenware. Over there, many parents have painted themselves mugs or plates stamped with the imprint of the baby's foot or handcuff. It is also a very popular activity for birthdays and bachelorette parties. Today, with her long braid behind her back, Marion has set up shop in the heart of Nantes, at 24 rue Armand-Brossard, to open her earthenware painting workshop. Brushes on the tables, a playful space for the little ones, and more than 300 earthenware models on the shelves, here, you can choose your bowl, your plate, your trivet or your cute trinket to make your own work. In a free workshop or in a directed workshop, there is no age to let yourself be carried away by the caress of the brush on the object and express your creativity. Birthdays, bachelorette parties, births or just for fun, there is always a good reason to take a creative art workshop. Also note the kits to take home to paint earthenware.

This golf course, designed by Martin Hawtree, was inaugurated in 1993 on the grounds of the Château de l'Épinay. This beautiful property of 67 hectares hosts an 18-hole course. The quality of construction and the excellent maintenance of the course make it one of the best golf courses in the region. The management of the golf course is eco-responsible (water recuperated via dikes...) In a few figures, it is a practice of 30 posts including 10 covered, two putting greens, a green of approach with bunker, a compact course of 3 holes (par 9 from 50 to 80 meters). Picturesque and relatively easy to play, it is suitable for all levels. An idyllic setting for golf! The 6,082-meter site is both wooded and very Scottish, and attracts many golfers of all nationalities. The first 9 holes were built over 100 years ago, in 1912, making Pornic one of the oldest golf courses in France. The extension to 18 holes in 1992 has given the new course an interesting technical dimension in terms of the slope it has been awarded. Facilities include putting green, pitching green and three practice bunkers.

The club is a sports area that uses the magnificent body of water that is the Erdre, with the possibility of renting a kayak or canoe. Various formulas are proposed and the courses are varied, allowing to discover magnificent sites inaccessible without a boat. From this pleasant setting you can practice among others the following activities: paddling, kayak-polo, white water trips. A shuttle can take you upstream from Nort-sur-Erdre to the Moulin des Vaux to go back down the river. We discover the Erdre in a sporty and playful way!

There are not so many pleasures in the vicinity to use the very pleasant swimming pool which, like many equipment, bears the name of the benefactor of the commune, a major producer of agricultural machinery. On the edge of a small wooded square, the paddling pool is topped with a water jet. The large pool, which is equipped with swimming lines, welcomes all public. You can then take a sun bath on the edge of it, before, perhaps, playing ping-pong or the bowls. You can take swimming lessons here and practice gym.

In Pouliguen, on the beach of Nau, the La Gull Beach Club welcomes children from 2 years up to 4 years to the baby club, and from 5 years to the club. Facilities include trampolines, slides, swings, foot, inflatable castle, volleyball grounds. For children aged 5 and over, the day is organized as follows: in the morning sports activities, free games and inflatable castle and after noon contests, large tournaments and free games. The animations are performed by age segments supervised by graduate facilitators. Note that your child can learn to swim from 4 years in a heated swimming pool.

This circuit is a variation of the circuit "Between Bourg and Maine" in a slightly shorter version (5 km, 1 h 30). It lets you go to the Moulin mill before joining the Goupillières and continue to the Old Ideally Mill. The circuit also passes to Huperie, then La. At the intersection of Relipière, take the road on the left leading to Aigrefeuille-sur-Maine and reach the starting point.
