Read moreThe vines of the Domaine Cyril Houzé are mainly located in the communes of Champvallon and Volgré, precisely on two localities, Cherche-Chaud and Montagne de Colmier. In Cherche-Chaud the vineyard produces complex and tannic red wines for laying down, with dominant blackcurrant aromas, while in Montagne de Colmier less tannic wines with raspberry or redcurrant aromas are obtained. But the Domaine also offers white burgundy pinot blanc, chardonnay, grey burgundy Côte Saint-Jacques as well as a very good ratafia.
