There is also a delicatessen department with dishes that change every day. As for the delicatessen, many local products are offered. Founded in 1980 by the late Michelin-starred chef Daniel Raymond (who passed away at the end of 2023), this family-run business has an established reputation, supplying major caterers and restaurateurs throughout France. Even to the Elysée Palace recently! The key to its success? Its excellent salmon, processed on site every week. Many other products too, such as foies gras and tasty toastines. This large, handsome domaine offers wines from vineyards in the 3 valleys of the Armançon, Serein and Yonne. A wide range, including organic wines. For the past 35 years, this cooperative cellar of 9 winegrowers has been offering wines from the little-known Vézelay vineyards, which have been there since... Gallo-Roman times! Sales and tastings are on offer, as well as a very pleasant "Formule Vélo": on the handlebars of an electric two-wheeler, you can visit the vineyards and surrounding villages for two hours. The tour ends with a visit to the winery. And, of course, tasting our wines and homemade ratafias.

This family estate (5 generations) covers 55 ha. Here, you'll discover great wines produced with respect for tradition, as well as a collection of corkscrews and antique tools in a beautiful museum. In this hamlet of Tonnerre, Emeline Rouyer welcomes you since she recently took over from her parents. Passionate farmers who created everything with their own hands, they planted their first vines in 1990 and harvested their first grapes in 1995. The vineyards of Tonnerre, destroyed by phylloxera, were reborn in the late 1970s with a strict selection of terroirs and the replanting of noble grape varieties. Following in her family's footsteps, Emeline skilfully combines modernity and tradition to produce surprising, feminine wines...

This four-generation family estate south of Chablis is run by Olivier and Isabelle Boussard, joined by their daughter Margot. The estate covers 23 ha of vines producing AOP Chablis, Petit Chablis, Bourgogne white, red, rosé and Crémant de Bourgogne. You'll receive a warm welcome in their renovated farmhouse. And you'll be able to taste their HVE-certified wines, each with its own unique character. Proof of the quality of their production is their Chablis 2022, awarded 2 stars in the Guide Hachette Des Vins 2024.

Created in 1978 by Jean Jacquin, it is now Jean-Michel (one of his sons) who is at the helm of this beautiful family estate of 7.6 ha (including 3.85 ha in 1er Crus and 4 ha in Chablis). Here, the wines are vinified then bottled at the domain in the purest tradition and in the perfect respect of the soils and the natural processes. To taste here Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons, as well as Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Petit Chablis and Chablis.

To say that the Roy family is rooted in the Chablis region is an understatement! In 1810, Pierre Roy was a winegrower there. One hundred years later, his descendant Fernand created the estate. Since then, generations have succeeded one another on this 20 ha estate located on the right bank of the Serein. The 4 appellations are present: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru "Le Fourchaume" and "Le Vaulorent", and the Grand Cru "Les Bougros" and "Les Preuses". The whole is produced in reasoned culture. Run to discover them! In addition to the cellar, a beautiful store awaits you.

Domaine Houblin-Vernin has been established here in Migé for over 40 years, and is now run entirely by Valentin Vernin. Long committed to protecting the environment, he cultivates the 20 hectares with the utmost respect for nature. As proof of this, the estate has obtained Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) level 3 certification, the highest level of environmental certification for farms. The result is a superb production of Bourgogne Coulanges-la-Vineuse Red, White and Rosé, Crémant and Ratafia.

Established in the Chablis region for three generations, Domaine de Chantemerle was founded by Adhémar and Marguerite Boudin, then taken over by their son Francis, before their granddaughters Angélique and Virginie took over. The 20.5 ha on which it extends are divided into 4 crus: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis^1er cru Fourchaume, and Chablis^1er cru Homme Mort. The harvests are vinified on the spot, and matured 9 months in enamelled vats. The whole offering a very nice production which has long since proven itself!

Established since forty in Préhy, near Chablis, the Domaine de Noëlle is a family exploitation which proposes a rich and varied range of wines, all under AOC label. On the white side, Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Chablis matured in oak barrels, and Chablis Haute Tradition are there. But you can also discover excellent red wines of Burgundy, and even a (rarer) rosé wine. All this in a quality-price ratio quite unmatched! Run to discover them. No fewer than 7 appellations in all. Among the house's successes, the Chablis Cuvée 2020 won the Gold Medal at the Concours des Vins de Chablis 2022.
