Located in the commune of Chitry-le-Fort for 4 generations, Domaine Michel Colbois covers 20 hectares in the Chablis region, producing white wines in aligoté and chardonnay, and red and rosé wines in pinot noir. We particularly recommend the Chitry Rouge Cuvée Harmonie, with its notes of black fruit, or - on the white side - the Burgundy Aligoté with its citrus aromas. Not forgetting the excellent crémants and ratafias. For those who don't drink alcohol, Michel Colbois also offers tasty grape juices, both still and sparkling.
