Around this late 17th-century hunting lodge, formerly owned by the Seigneur de Parthenay, squire to Louis XIV, stretches the estate owned by the Philippon family since 1868. The estate covers 20 ha and produces HVE AOC Chablis and AOC Chablis1er cru. Multi-award-winning wines. Like (among others) the Chablis1er cru Fourneaux 2022, gold medal winner at the Burgundia 2024 competition. Also of note is a fine honey production.
