Spreading over 9 generations since 1780, the Domaine de la Meulière covers 25 hectares, for an annual production of about 180 000 bottles. The Laroche family perpetuates the traditions, and all the stages of production are carried out on the estate. Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis^1er Cru have received numerous awards. Moreover, the domain is certified in HVE level 3 and adheres to the confederation of Independent Winegrowers. Note that you can find the wines of La Meulière at the store La Vinée, 5 bis, rue de la Porte Noël in Chablis.

It offers a wide selection of wines from Chablis, Irancy and Burgundy. The range includes entry-level wines such as Bourgogne Blanc, Petit Chablis and Chablis, as well as premier cru wines like Chablis 1er cru Fourneaux, Chablis 1er cru Vaucoupin and Chablis 1er cru Montée de Tonnerre.

Around this late ^17th-century hunting lodge, once owned by the Seigneur de Parthenay, squire to Louis XIV, stretches the estate owned by the Philippon family since 1868. The estate covers 20 ha and produces HVE AOC Chablis and AOC Chablis^1er cru. These wines win multiple awards each year. Like the Chablis^1er cru Fourneaux 2021, gold medal winner at the Burgundia 2023 competition. Also of note is a fine honey production.

Domaine Gautheron is located in Fleys, a village of 150 inhabitants built on the side of a hill and whose territory includes 200 hectares of vines. Winegrowers since 1809, the members of the Gautheron family offer a wide range of wines produced in the purest tradition of winemaking to better express the appellation and the terroir. And it's a success! Chablis^1er cru rive droite and rive gauche, chablis grand cru, chablis and petit chablis as well as white burgundy are offered.
