The Laroche family perpetuates the traditions, and all the stages of production are carried out on the estate. Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis1er Cru have received numerous awards. Moreover, the domain is certified in HVE level 3 and adheres to the confederation of Independent Winegrowers. Read moreAround this late 17th-century hunting lodge, once owned by the Seigneur de Parthenay, squire to Louis XIV, stretches the estate owned by the Philippon family since 1868. The estate covers 20 ha and produces HVE AOC Chablis and AOC Chablis1er cru. These wines win multiple awards each year. Like the Chablis1er cru Fourneaux 2021, gold medal winner at the Burgundia 2023 competition. Also of note is a fine honey production.
