Owned by the same family since 1792 (no less!) on the slopes of the right and left banks of the Serein, in the heart of Chablis, Domaine Jean Collet et Fils covers 40 hectares. For more than 20 years, the family has been orienting the Chablis Truffières parcel towards organic farming. With its fine minerality, the full range of Chablis wines (4 appellations) has a place of honor at the estate now run by Charlotte and Romain Collet.
