This owner-harvester offers wines from his 7 hectares of vines. His viticulture is always respectful of the environment. On sale: epineuil rouge, chablis and chablis premier cru Vau de Vey. A fine establishment where rigor, exacting standards and traditional know-how combine to produce wines of great quality and pronounced taste. And with good reason: the choice of late harvesting means that the grapes are more mature and well-balanced. What's more, as reflected in the graphic design of its labels, the domaine conveys a youthful, dynamic image. We love it!
