The Liperi brothers, Mario and Walter, joined the family farm in 1973, creating a goat breeding and goat's milk cheese production activity. Committed to organic farming, they also keep a flock of dairy sheep to expand their range of cheeses. With the whey extracted during the cheese making process, they raise pigs and since 2002 have also been selling their charcuterie, but also lamb meat. Their farm allows them to produce the cereals necessary for their animals.
